Vince is the best!!! Showed me and my family what customer service truly means and made me really enjoy my experience at this store and with New York!

The new 5th Ave place is beautifully decorated and staff very accomodating. The service and repair department is on premises, has very helpful staff, and the repair turnaround is fast and as new.

I went there last Saturday and one of the staff asked me what are my choices and whatnot, so I asked about one particular bag which is not in the store which is okay and secondly I asked whether they can tell me the size of the bag which I showed them online, so that I can buy online, but another staff skinny short woman interrupted and she spoke to me in high tone that we have no idea about the size this and that. She was so disrespectful. However the first staff(IRINA), who was polite , kept companying me until I bought a another bag.

Large store, 3 floors. Some deals. Great staff to help.

Extremely great customer service from start to finish! Layout of the store is really nice and looooove the creative models of animals which were made out of bags.

So I'm young and very few sales associates are ever polite to me. But as soon as I walked in, one of the associates immediately recognized my vintage coach bag which I had gotten from my mom. She was so nice and explained to me how I could have it cleaned for free in the workshop above. The men in the workshop were so friendly and made my bag look new ( it's about 20 years old). Everything about this store was great. They break the trend of rude sales people on 5th ave. They really care about the customer and have earned one for life simply from a by chance drop in. Skip D&G, MK, and Prada, just come here if you want good purses and good service.

Great layout, I was able to go pickout my gifts with ease. Customer service experience was great. Monogram and cleaning services are available on site.

Excellent treatment, on the part of the staff, was not what I was looking for, but without problem they indicated to me in which branch they had existence, which I think is perfect!

Tony, Shaun, and Kenza were all amazingly helpful without putting pressure on me. I felt like they really just wanted me to find the right things. Shaun even went the extra mile to search everywhere for a coat for me, so kind.

I also got my 23 year old bag serviced and monogrammed right in the store as I shopped. So convenient! They also have a customized bag option at that store. I'll be going back.

Wonderful shopping experience and very helpful. I had a specific bag in mind and they helped me with my purchase. Even got a new Instagram follower and some art tips to look for in NYC.

This store is quite distinctive with sits style of clothing and accessories. You can actually get customizable bags here. The place is beautiful and affordable. The guy that attended to was immensely courteous. The place is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. Visited this place to buy present for my friend and I absolutely love this shop. It s huge!! The staff were friendly but there s a specific sale staff who made my shopping experience really nice. His name is Chandler and he s so friendly, sweet and very helpful. Very knowledgeable when it comes to Coach items and he can help you decide whenever you find yourself struggling which one to buy. He s the only one there who smiles genuinely! Really lovely person. The man upstairs who s doing the personalized initials was really friendly too. He accepted our request even though they re about to close. I hope we have the same staff here in Dubai. It just makes the shopping experience worthwhile. I would definitely come back to this shop!

One of my favourite shopping stops along 5th Avenue and my time in NYC (travelling from Australia). I was searching for a particular item and the staff were all so bright, friendly & helpful - but also knew when to hang back and let me browse. You were all so lovely from the moment I stepped in until I walked out with my purchase! The shop layout and displays were gorgeous too.

Excellent, professional service! My little "sharkey" tag fell off my new 1941 wallet. They found another tag just like it, fitted it nice and tight, and stamped it with "sharkey!" No charge. Very helpful and friendly!

Really big store (3 or 4 levels)... They have a leather station where they can customize purses on site. We were told this is the only Coach store in the world that does this. Pretty cool.
