Horrible service, just called to cancel my account because again my voicemail was not working, I was told it was my fault, I had to monitor my account to make sure it was working!!. Thought I was paying for a service!!

This place calls my my phone and my boyfriends phone twice a day everyday!! I talked to them once to try and ask them to stop and she was extremely rude. I literally had to get a RoboKiller app on my phone to reroute the the constant calls!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Consumer beware! Terrible customer service. Once you sign up it's impossible to cancel. Headed over the Better Business Bureau next. Would give zero stars if I could.

Appalling customer service - have never encountered such a rude, clearly annoyed rep who had no desire to help and even accused me and another previous co-worker of trying to hack my boss' account, which makes no sense at all - then hung up on me. Completely insane and like something out of a Seinfeld episode. Horrible.

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my account a month ago. Sent them an email and attempted to call them (waited on hold for 15 minutes and gave up) Followed up with another call today and decided to wait on hold until they answered. 20 minutes later the call was answered. When I tried to ask that my account be credited, she said maybe... I said credit my account or I will dispute it with my cc company. She said "fine" no credit and your account is cancelled. Sheesh... Not somebody I would want answering my business phone.

I have been working at COANetwork full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

- I joined as a fresher and it was my first job ever. I was very sceptic about my skills but to my surprise, i picked up the pace and now i have become a Team lead in 3 Years.
- Support from the Senior management and opportunity to learn is great
- Things were not easy but i have accepted the challenges, and the fruit is my current position.

iTeleCenter gives me a second phone number for my business on my existing iPhone. I can easily identify if the call is for my business or if it's a personal call. I also love that my personal number remains private!

iTeleCenter's interface is quite nice, it's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for.

I thought setting up call forwarding, sending faxes, etc. would be complicated but it wasn't. Their CS team helped me every step of the way - setup, queries, etc. was resolved quickly.

Also, love the voicemail to text feature!
