This was first of its kind visit and guided tour experience to any news channel. The tour guide was very informative and gave wonderful insight on how the team of people work on stories, story editors role, filming of live news in studio, live feed editor s work, and final relay of the news. The visit was very educational on what actually goes behind the scene in the making of news and it s relay on TV. Would definitely recommend others to take guided tour of the CNN especially with the young ones. Its a wonderful opportunity to have an education info on seeing how TV news work in action.
Awesome gift shop and excellent tour. It's enough to grab your eye.
I hate heights but the escalator needs to be faster. I hated it. But the tour is amazing
Absolutely worth a visit. Big mall-ish food court inside for a quick bite if you want something fast to eat.
Super cool place to visit. Different kind of food. Cool stores and nice excursions in the CNN center. You should deffenatly visit it!
Boring. Most of the CNN stars are filmed in New York and D.C. Not much to see on the tour if you can't see the filming process.
Good place to learn the history of news making from CNN s perspective. The host was knowledgeable and entertaining.
Facinating. However, not much to do other than eat or go on the tour.
For the price, the tour is worth a one-time visit. Tons of fast food choices and browsing in the gift shop before getting your ticket and after the tour. You're taken up a long escalator after a quick security check. Once in the "globe", you'll have to get your picture taken with your CNN mic and umbrella (you'll understand). Our tour-guide was pleasant and knowledgeable, and the "back story" of how things operate was very informative and interesting. At the end of the tour, the "movie" is basically a commercial for CNN.
Worth going, if you've got an hour and a half to kill.
It's an alright place to go if you work downtown and want over-priced fast food that you could get cheaper a few blocks away, but at least you know it'll be open.
Very nice place in Atlanta with lots of nice, friendly people
To be truthful I was a bit disappointed with the tour here and I can t fully explain why. Maybe because we started off with a very hype tour of the Coca Cola Center and Center for Civil and Human Rights. The tour was short and informative but not exciting-:)
It's a nice place to go and see with a convenient location. They have tours (regular and VIP) - We did the regular 15$ pp tour and were very disappointed. It's 30 min and very limited what you get to see. Not really worth it.
Excellent area to take a walk and meet part of the facilities of this pioneer channel in news worldwide. It also has internal restaurants and shops to buy souvenirs to give away allusive to the site.
Very cool tourist spot in Atlanta! It is worth knowing and taking the tour.
It's an awesome place. You get to find out a lot of things that you never knew about.
It is a great place to learn more about one of the world's best new reporting channels.
Walking tour with CNN tour guide. Most TV shows are now done in New York or Washington D.C., it the newsdesk was interesting and everyone in our group had a good time. Lots of stairs, but all going down.
It's awesome. There is a great food court to get out of the heat when you're downtown.
Nothing too impressive. Was the last thing left on our city pass so to kill time before flight went there. Wouldn't want to pay for the tour. Guides try to make it entertaining but you don't really get to see a lot.
I was here in 2008 after 10 years the same huge impression
I m all for business and am an entrepreneur myself but it is a disgrace that a company so corrupt and dishonest can be allowed to exist. They slam other companies for having their problems but most of these examples pale in comparison to this horrific company. #boycottCNN #disgrace #deportCNN
Only visited the food court so far and it has a lot if variety.
Cool spot to check out.. good selection of different food spots
Great food court. Busy place to visit during lunch.
I used to try to find the facts with CNN, I can't find them there anymore. They call themselves journalists, I call them propagandists.
Very cool place. I ve always wanted to see how they produced CNN and I finally got to see it.
This is the world headquarters for CNN.Absolutely well worth a visit. It was nice watching whats going on behind the scene. We learned so many things. They also have a nice food court.
The food court is a great place to go before games at Phillips Arena or Mercedes Benz stadium to pregame.
I visited this place of CNN I visited the facilities and I loved it.
Good tour of CNN headquarters. Very simple but worth the time and money.
It was ok, but not sure it was worth the money unless you're really in to journalism. It didn't hold on the kids attention span
Nothing that was suppos to be expecting for it, was boring and waste money. Now the journalist not seen any more all they are in New York, They only make you watch videos.
Very impressive building home of cnn world headquarter. The interior features a large food court with all the favorite from chick-fil-A to Starbucks as well as several cnn themed apparel stored including the cartoon network store. From there, you can also join a tour of the cnn studios. Definitively a great place to hang out and grab some food.
Collection of national, fast food and fast casual res truants for local visitors and employees. An excellent place to eat and drink before events at The Dome, Philips Arena, or GWCC.
Great sight to see. Very large with its own food court. Not much to do besides sightseeing and eating maybe. A quick glance should be satisfying.
Had to pay to tour, but it was a wonderful experience. I loved it!
Great service, great tour, great food, and great network!
This was a bit lame. Overpriced and really boring. The guide was nice but it was not what i expected and was not worth $16 dollars and an hour of my day.
My whole class went on a field trip, and it super cool. It has lots of gift shops and lots of iconic restaurants. I would definitely take someone here for a good time.
Another Atlanta icon, the CNN center is worth visiting.
