This company insures my bond for my business once every two years, although it is not that much effort on their part to put together a document with different dates, and different limits of liability. I feel they do a good job. However the bond through the US mail did not make it to me. instead of giving me an original duplicate Bond they just emailed me a black and white version of it.. I feels five stars would have been warranted, if they re mailed or emailed me an original copy. In two years I will have a problem renewing my license.

This is the worst company every time you call they never answer the phone you leave a message they never call you back worst please

This company is horrible, shouldn t even get one star! Response to an issue is slower than molasses being poured out of a qt jar! You can t speak to anyone that is higher up management, I have a claim that I will never back down from, their company issued a title bond in the state of Georgia and if I hadn t requested a hearing at department of Revenue, I would have lost my investment in a Honda Goldwing, they took payment for a title bond but after I file claim on it, all of sudden it s invalid! But the tag is still on my investment of motorcycle that has been hidden from me and ridden by God knows who?, state of Georgia shows it s tag is valid on there website, not trustworthy company!

Warning!!! FRAUD!!! This business is a SCAM. These are the kinds of emails you can expect from them. Each time I unsubscribe, I am emailed from a new email address linked to the same physical address; CNA Surety and their many SHADY subsidiaries.
