LOVE the sign design tool! I was intimidated a bit at first however the customer support line was quickly answered and the guy made me feel like the process was foolproof. I really like that they're a TX company based in Austin too.
They have awesome customer service reps. Thank you Janeva. When I received my sign, it had starches so I reached out to their customer service. Their customer service team was great, responded quickly and resolved my inquiry fast! I will definitely using them as vendor in the future and recommend them.
Ordered a banner on Saturday 5/24 with expedited shipping. The party is on 5/30. I live an hour away. I replied to email that the proof was fine. Did not get reply. I called and was told that they never got the email that the proof was fine. I asked if I could pick it up. Was told that it was not even made and would not be made until another 4 days. Wow, so much for expediting the order. I offered to pick it up so I would not need to wait for it in the mail. Was told that they do not allow pick ups. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I am now another unsatisfied customer. Bottom line is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
These people are great at putting together whatever you want! They are patient, professional and caring. I changed my mind plenty of times and they just kept re-doing my sign for me. Very good people I have been getting my business magnets from them for years. Highly recommend
We've been using build a sign for years at the Heritage Farmstead Museum. Our latest creation looks spectacular displayed on our fence where over 15,000 vehicles pass by daily!
This was a employee appreciation function thanking the production staff for keeping the company viable during the covid pandemic. There was a drive by parade with vehicles decorated showing appreciation for the employees that make the products thar BAS sells. They had a social distance picnic afterwards. BAS is a great company to work for and has put employee health and safety 1st through out the pandemic. I highly recommend them for all of your sign, banner or t-shirt needs.
BuildASign is the worst company I have ever ordered from. They screwed up my order over a month ago and I still can't get them to issue the refund. The finished product looked nothing like the proof. Please don't make the same mistake I did. BuildASign is a horrible company and you will spend hours trying to get them to help you if / when something goes wrong.
I purchased a custom license plate where I chose their background and put my graphic on it. I chose black (their black), not mine. I gave them my graphic and the plate arrived a dark green. I was told they couldn't get it any more black. It was not black at all! It was dark green! Not happy with the purchase. Dark green plate on a black vehicle is very noticeable.
If you want lose 20 % of your money, just doing make order here , after 10 days they never ship my order , when I cancel they charged me 20 % of my money I hope you lose customer with this review and help another people not lose money i don't recommend this company
