This is for the Roadside assistance. DO NOT PAY FOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE!!! An absolute horrible experience. I spent 35 minutes just giving the person who could NOT understand English, 3 minutes of Information. After 35 minutes he told me that I was responsible for paying for towing even though my package I bought clearly stated that they pay $150 for towing. I asked to speak to someone who could understand me better and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called a towing company and spent only 4 minutes on the phone with them. Please lookout for update on what happens for repairs

This company has poor communication over the phone (very rude to women they treat us like we don't know anything about a car) and will refuse to pay for an engine when I paid for the most expensive warranty they had so I have EVERYTHING covered. My motor blew a rod after an oil change of 3,000 miles and told me due to me neglecting my car they will not fix this. I have 3 mechanics tell me this was in no way my fault and that my warranty should 100% be covering this. I sat on the phone with a customer representative and, he told me to go back to my car's manual and it will tell me how I neglected my car. I went over the whole manual and it said at 3,750 I should get an oil change. I was still a few 100 miles before I needed one and, now that I stated this was from my car user manual they refuse to talk to me.

Unfortunately I have had to use the warranty service a few times since we went past the Factory Basic Bumper to Bumper on our vehicle. The good news is that CNA National has made it a seamless process, I bring my vehicle in to the dealer where I purchased the warranty and luckily with our plan it never costs me a penny. Well worth the extra money for this extended warranty, you just never know when something major could go wrong!!

Very happy with response to my issues with my truck. Was taken care of in a timely and professional manner with repairs. My Service advisor said they were very quick to respond.. Held up to 100% of contract, am very satisfied with the purchase of warranty. I am absolutely Happy that my friend suggested this warranty when I bought my truck. This is a must warranty

I can just say that my experience with CNA National Warranty Co. was so flawless! I ve had never had anything go so smoothly for me in my life. The fact that I took my car in on a Friday afternoon, after the car was checked and diagnosed, they were contacted and I was approved for everything!
I left the dealership with a loaner, my SUV was repaired within 4 days and I was on my way.
I am so Happy I decided to get an extended warranty when I got my car, expenses would have been over 4 G s But I was covered!! I got one phrase - peace of mind - is what CNA National provides! Thank you so much!! One HAPPY customer here!!

They have no concern for the customer. If you are out of town traveling and don't get authorization for the repair you are stuck with the bill. We have a customer that called to get authorization and I the shop owner called to see how the warranty works. I spoke with a rep and he told me to take care of what ever is wrong with the vehicle. So we did, now we went to submit the claims and they denied them because we got the customer back on the road and the repairs are done. They will not cover the repairs, I would not recommend CNA at all, they do not support the customer or the shop doing the repair. Now they want me to tell the customer to call them. I think they need to start doing the work. Don't Buy CNA Auto warranty, more hassle then its worth.
