I had an amazing experience with Ashlee. I submitted an inquiry online and she called me back promptly. Everything was done via email or telephone. She helped me with my trailer and house insurance and got me great rates. She thoroughly explained everything and made sure I understood my policies. She provided all my payment options and made everything convenient for me. She even phoned and spoke with my lawyer directly to ensure my home purchase went smoothly and they have the documentation they needed. I d definitely recommend as she went above and beyond for me!

When it came time to renew my commercial liability insurance policy and add location insurance to my commercial property this year I decided I would call around and get some new quotes instead of simply renewing with my then current insurance provider.

My first call was to Brett Kanuka at CMB insurance. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to provide me with a quotation and how much money I was able to save. Brett and his team were very friendly and helpful, they took the time to understand my business and carve out the best insurance policy for me custom fit for my needs.

Switching was so easy too! Brett let me know what I needed to say to my past providers and made the transition as smooth as possible for me. I would highly recommend Brett at CMB for anyone who puts saving money and personable service highest priority when choosing insurance providers.

I was looking for quotes on commercial insurance for my new business, and so, I was directed to deal with Mark McDermott. He promised to get back to me with a quote in a couple of days, I waited but he didn't call, so I called him. He looked at my file while I was on the line, he said "oh, let me call you in 5 minutes". He never called and when I called him later he never picked up. I called the next day and left VM msg asking to call me, but he never did. Dealing with another broker I found out that the insurance companies that CMB/Mark applied to have declined to provide me insurance because they thought I lacked experience in that business field. My only and biggest problem is with Mark, as it is extremely unprofessional to leave me (a customer) hanging like that without providing an explanation. It was obvious that he only cares about selling the product and not provide good customer service. Mark does not deserve to have customers or be in a customer service related job!

I had an experience with this broker whenever they estimate the total of policy the end of the month they bill you different price. There r two employees working there Jennifer and Daniel they r not a trust worthy, not honest and never answering the phone and if they told you will call you back that s no ganna happen. Do not even think to deal with this broker.

Hello Waleed, I have reviewed my files and there seems to be some misleading information to your comments and remarks. As per our discussion in Sept 2016 you advised that you approached another broker. As per our discussion i elected not to participate in your file due to the fact that there were no markets to use. Multiple brokers quoting does not serve you in anyway. This was my advice in Sept and in Oct when we spoke (5 times in total.) If you have concerns please feel free to contact me at the office.

The personal touch that I receive from the CMB Team is outstanding, I am truly treated like a VIP.

I was really impressed with the service. I always get an answer back really quickly. When my rep left the company, i was notified of the change. Overall rates were good and service was exceptional.

Very sketchy operation. They do not take care of their clients. They go back on their word . Be aware they are not to be trusted.

They are scammers, because I have agreed with them for a certain amount a month for my insurance but they have charged me a higher amount and not on the date agreed.( the excuse is we sent a mail to you to change the payment schedule ). When I tried to reach them, they say we will call back and I haven t received any call, when I try to call back they do not answers my call. You will regret choosing them.
