PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! THE MANAGER EMMANUELLE CRAYTON IS A LIAR AND A CROOK !! WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND ABOUT 5 MONTHS NOW THEY STARTED TO GET GRAEDY. HER AND HER TEAM HAS LEAD TO MY WIFE AND I ABOUT PAYMENTS. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE MAKE A PAYMENT THEY SAY WE HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS! WHEN I TOLD JENNIFER GARCIA THAT I CAN PRINT OUT MY ACCOUNT SUMMARY, SHE SAID THAT OH THE EXPIRATION DATE HAS BEEN WRONG FOR THE AUTO PAY FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS. THEN THE NEXT MONTH OH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CANCELED YOUR ACCOUNT. THEN THE NEXT MONTH OH YOU PAID FOR THIS MONTH BUT YOU OWE FOR THE MONTH BEFORE THAT

4 YEARS OF MY LOYALTY HAS ENDED, SOMEONE ON THIS TEAM IS A BAD APPLE AND THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION. I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED MY CARD AS I AM SCARED OF IDENTITY THEFT. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL NOW AND CLYDE HILL HAS SOME EXPLAINING TO DO! I APPARENTLY "OWE" FOR A MONTH, YET IT ISN'T MY FAULT !! I AM CALLING CORPORATE AS I TYPE AND WILL WRITE A REVIEW ON THE BBB ABOUT THEM AS WELL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TRICKED AT AN INSURANCE PLACE, BUT THEY GOT ME AND MY FAMILY MULTIPLE TIMES!

PLEASE GET A DIFFERENT INSURANCE TO SAVE YOU THE HEADACHE. THEY HAVE RECENTLY WENT UP ON ALL THE INSURANCE POLICIES AS WELL AND IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

Please take your money somewhere else! THE MANAGER EMMANUELLE CRAYTON is a liar and a thief! We have been with them for about 4 years and 5 months now they started to get greedy. She and her team have lied to my wife and I about the payments. EVERY TIME WE MAKE A PAYMENT They say you don't have enough funds! When I was told that JENNIFER GARCIA THAT I CAN PRINT my account summary, he said that OH THE DATE OF EXPIRATION HAS BEEN WRONG FOR THE CAR PAYMENT approximately 5 months. THEN THE NEXT MONTH OH THE FIREFIGHTER BODY CANCELED YOUR ACCOUNT. THEN THE NEXT MONTH OH that you paid for this month, but that you owe for MONTH BEFORE

4 years of my loyalty is over, someone on this team is a bad apple and they have my information. I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED AS MY CARD I am afraid of identity theft. THEY ARE NOW UNPROFESSIONAL and Clyde Hill has to give some explanations! I apparently "MUST" for a month, but it is not my fault !! I AM business phone while writing and will leave a comment about the BBB ABOUT them too. I have never been fooled IN A SAFE PLACE, but my and my family have SEVERAL TIMES!

PLEASE get DIFFERENT insurance to SAVE THE HEAD. HAVE Recently we were up to date with all insurance policies as well and it's not worth it!

I have been a client for over 5 years. In my time with this agent, Trinh has demonstrated excellent customer service, abundant knowledge of policies and thoroughness in her review and advice for the best coverage for my family. I have heard that other insurance companies are cheaper and was very close to leaving State Farm to find a cheaper rate. However, she spent a lot of time telling me about rate decreases that were coming soon, explaining my bill and details about my coverage that have made a huge difference for my family. I am grateful for all of her help!

I just recently switched over from Gieco last year and Jofnnie Has been a wonderful rep for me. She made the switch such a smooth transition. I pay less and whenever I need help with anything at all she is always there to assist. She is a blessing and pleasure to work with.
