I have been a client for over 5 years. In my time with this agent, Trinh has demonstrated excellent customer service, abundant knowledge of policies and thoroughness in her review and advice for the best coverage for my family. I have heard that other insurance companies are cheaper and was very close to leaving State Farm to find a cheaper rate. However, she spent a lot of time telling me about rate decreases that were coming soon, explaining my bill and details about my coverage that have made a huge difference for my family.
