ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, MANAGER NEVER MAKES CONTACT, REALLY SORRY I MOVED HERE AS IT WAS NOT THIS BAD IN COUNCIL PROPERTY, TREAT TENNANT LIKE IDIOTS, BULLYING FROM NEIGHBOUR, WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM ALL WENT WELL FOR A SHORT WHILE THEN STARTED AGAIN, NO PRIVACY.
CLUID ARE A DISGRACE. NEVER RESPONDED, AND LET IT CONTINUE SO MAKES ON SENSE OF A 6 MONTH PROBATION, WHEN YOU CAN DO AS YOU LIKE AND GET AWAY WITH IT, UNDER TRAINED STAFF WHO DON'T HAVE A CLUE, REPAIR ALSO ARE A ISSUE AND TAKE FOREVER WHEN YOU PHONE THEM IN.

Cluid use to be good about 8 Years ago but in recent years they don’t give a crap about tenants needs.. maintenance charges on the increase and maintenance is really bad. Mould, dampness silver fish, anti social behaviour…. No callback when complaints logged for weeks on end..
Not a great place to live when especially health is suffering never mind over crowded despite being on a transfer list over 10 years. Only positive is I’m not forking our private rent or a mortgage but rate is still high given the above…

A bit out of the way, a sign or notice board might make it stand out and easier to find

SHOWER OF WASTERS Avoid cluid at all costs estate agents are boycotting them because the agents are getting negative reviews/feedback etc , as a result of dealing with them. CLUID agree to buy a property it goes sale agreed they drag the process out for months" and then pull out at the last minute, because they have no intention of purchasing the property in the first place they just keep it on there books in case there is a shortage of homes and if something else comes along they pull the plug. (TAKE MY ADVICE SELL YOUR PROPERTY TO A PERSON THAT WANTS A HOME) avoid cluid wasters.

I'm with cluid years they are fantastic, fast efficient, helpful , I just can't say enough good things.

Great full to be housed by this association, once you are housed there is very poor service.
