First, I booked through an office in Saudi Arabia, and it is considered one of the best offices for tourism.
I booked this resort for 3 days and it was expensive, but this issue is not ..
I swear by God, the Most High, the Great. The first thing we entered, they said you saw the room without an air conditioner. I told them how without an air conditioner? They said if you want an air conditioner to pay us 450,000 rupees per day, meaning approximately 150 riyals, the first time in my life you get me like this, and I called the office in Saudi Arabia and talked to them and they said this is our system and I stayed with them for more than an hour and I and my wife and daughter were standing at the reception. In Saudi Arabia, after attempts, and in the end they discounted me, and the amount became 300,000 rupees, meaning 100 riyals per day. They said the office is we take your right. Do not care. And actually send an email to the resort and a message that I am the last customer because this thing is not true and the second day my money came back to me with an apology ..
The problem is that the reservation is not mentioned, whether it is air-conditioned or not. In general, tourism in the country is what works in the end. Georgia and Turkey are much better than it.

Good but not the best place to stay for a holiday ... 5 thumbs up for all the staff who are very very friendly ... It's a shame to have to move (downgrade) from the pool suite. Amazing the first day lsg was "welcomed" with 2 monkeys from the opposite valley ... Plastic containing food was stolen from the room by the first monkey. While the second monkey broke down the door to attack me ... Downgrade was unfortunately not refundable the difference, had to be spent by food or anything at the hotel ... Food in ALL restaurants must be improved ... Many are salted, many also the tasteless .. But once again, if you want to find a peaceful place to stay, simply you can pick here ...

Good family getaway, nicely located in Puncak. The breakfast is good. Room was spacious, although you may need to walk up and down stairs to reach it from lobby/where your car was parked. Other than swimming pool, they also have dedicated spa service and nice rabbit farm that is quite well maintained

Hotel is quiet and far from noise and a very nice place to enjoy and sit with self and the staff are friendly

The view is nice, the swimming pool is warm and comfortable, kids friendly. I chose a pool suite with a position on the floor below, and on the upper floor there is a room with a balcony floor made of wood that is not tightly closed. The guest who was staying in my upper room was cutting his nails and his nails were falling down exactly where we sat and drying our swimsuits. I was very surprised. This should be fixed because it's very uncomfortable to drop the dirt from above.

I really like this hotel because the place is very comfortable in my opinion. But there is something I really really don't like. The room smells fishy, I don't know how to mop it which is not clean or what I don't know. The tiles are slippery and very sticky. Dirty toilet lots of black crust. Especially when you go to the toilet the feet turn black because the tiles are not clean or something. No bath mat available and it must be requested. It takes a long time to come so muddy when you have gone to the toilet. The rest is ok, the food is delicious. Friendly service.

The place is very nice with beautiful scenery and very cool. The floor is natural stone, if you vacation with children, make sure not to run away because if it falls dangerous. The pool was warm and nice, definitely recommended.

This is my second time of staying in but with different type of room. This time we try deluxe pool. I had support from the reservation team when I said I bring a baby and require less hassle in taking the stroller with me. Great things are, they provide me with a room located on the 1st floor and initiatively adjoining the twin beds as they understand that I'm coming with a baby. Great sanctuary place to stay especially with families

The place is quite convenient... kids love the rabbits and playground...

Its a nice,clean, comfort and its one of huge hotel in puncak. It has garden view, Rabbit village for the kids and 2swimming pool but not suitable for kid under 7years old with no companies, because the kids pool quite deep. The insects1 are really noisy, it strongly brings us to feel the nature. The hotel has air condition in each room eventhough the place is quite cool.
But some things, they need to improve. We have to be patient to get the hot water for shower, if we have to rush, better we take a bath early in the morning.
And they need to maintaince the children play ground better. The toys looked soo dirty and old. And put warm water for the pool. Its toooo cool to swim. So the guess could use them maxximumly.
I hope it can help u to make a decision.
