Excellent place to relax. Becoming a reguler when visiting puncak. Hospitality from hotel staff are excellent, breakfast are one of the best from other hotels within the area. Becoming a member, totally recommended

Difficult to reach. Outdated with low cleaning standards. Staff were unwilling to assist and help residents

facilities and rooms ok. the location of the super room is the corner and the distance with the breakfast place is far and away. there is a rabbit place. the price is quite expensive.

The hotel is good, one of my favorite stay in the peak. However, due to the location on the hill, there are quite a lot of stairs and there are several locations to rooms that have no ramp for baby stroller or wheelchair. Good stay for those without a baby or the elderly.

It is a great place to stay. I love the place. I guess it is one of the best resort I ever had. Not so far from the centre of city and the recreation. Full facility with a great recommendation to be. I hope I can be here again on the next trip with another story to tell. I guess you have to be here too, so we can share the greatnes together. Join in the long great resort.

We are staying for 3 days at Valley Suite. A bit pricey I must say.
It's cozy spacious room with good ambience, great view, friendly staff and good food.
If you need some "resting me time", this place is recommended.

The resort is comfortable, the facilities are complete

This is a really good place to relax. Short getaway with your friends or family. The staffs is super nice and responsive. I stayed in Duplex Suite, its 2fl room, with 4 beds. The room is so spacious! There's also kids area near the swimming pool. You can fed rabbit and ride a horse too! But sadly, there's not so many breakfast option here.

Hotels that may be in the old category, but are always updated and kept clean. Minus just in the bathroom, the drain is never cleaned, so it looks dirty. Besides that ok ...

The place is nice, clean, and the service is also very friendly. Recommended resort

A beautiful and quiet place, there is a villa with one room with a swimming pool overlooking, the price is high but well worth it, and also the breakfast is good, beautiful for the grooms

what i love the most abt this place is the serenity and the food! the breakfast was lovely. not to spacious. but nice. and most important is yummy. one thing need to improved perhaps the pool. should change the tile, or concept. so it wont be looks old

I stayed here on a honeymoon, take the pool suite. calm atmosphere, suitable for relaxation from daily routine. Very satisfied, maximum service, friendly staff, ready 24 hours. varied breakfast menu, dinner at the bamboo restaurant, the food is delicious. There is complimentary per day, when we check out, we get chocolate. A sweet and memorable treat.

Sooooooo lovely. Like that! Parking is gasusah, service is friendly and good, but also for less than 1 space the room is too close. But overall I like it

good for a vacation, the note is that the service is not responsive. the outside lights on the seat relax have not been replaced, the coffee maker is breaking down, the pool water needs to be drained. no fruit ripe in room 823 as a welcome ....

Great place to spend weekend with family. Very nice staff

Stayed at pool suit & valley suit, good view (got sunrise), cool enaugh at night, quite big & clean. But my neighbors very noisy at night. At the pool suite, there was small pool with warm water. The valley suite was above the pool suite. The bamboo restaurant, taste fine & quite varied. Children like rabbit village, feeding the rabbits. Nice staffs. Overall was great.

For the deluxe room it was cold even though there was no AC just right at 12 until 1 a.m. it was a bit hot but still ok, and I like the atmosphere the room made me feel at home, just there was an incident when it was smoking on the terrace. on the balcony on the second floor, so there is a local speech, please be advised by the official to ban the drying of wet clothes on the 2nd floor because the balcony floor is made of wood so it is not good for guests on the 1st floor because they get local, there is a rabbit garden with other facilities, it makes my little one happy to be in the hotel area, but unfortunately the breakfast is lacking, the variation is still ok, and like the omlet, there is something that has been cooked first, but it is not good sometimes to pick a cold omlet.

Everything is as expected!
The room is clean and tidy, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the foods were delicious, surrounded by nature and great view, so relaxing! Will visit again soon!

The place is comfortable and beautiful and the location is easy to find also very close to the highway.

I love the relaxing atmosphere, the clean swimming pool, and the rabbit farm. I love the friendly and helpful employees.

what i like from this resort:
- There is a car that is always on standby delivering residents around the resort. because this resort is indeed spacious
- In my view, the mountain view room, I'm satisfied. Sempet see a monkey stopping in front of the room too
- get 3pcs / night free refreshment (I think)
- check out get chocolate biscuit sticks. little si. but it's delicious
- Oh, I like Rabbit House. my child can hold the lock clean

Love the resort. Cozy and affordable. Recommened to go when not in peak holiday, otherwise the price can be quite expensice

5. Games for children are enough

Which must be increased:

1. Listen to what the customer wants. Ask for the hard massage given that can't be hard ... it's already paid a lot too

2. Please monitor the service: Ask the room boy to bring the suitcase to the table for 30 minutes

3. The room is now on renovation ... it's been a long time

4. Don't give the price too high if the quality isn't ok. The quality of food and drinks must still be improved. Example ... ice orange costs Rp. 55 thousand outside tax (the price height) ... the food is not the quality of a resort hotel ...

Stay at one of valley junior suite..the view from balcony is not as depicted in their website. 3 giant trees blocking the sight. Nonetheless it showcases a lush untouched forest with various sounds of chirping birds

the atmosphere is cool, cool, but of course it has to be a bit thick for booking the room hehe

this is the third time my family and I have stayed here, besides the facilities which are ok the atmosphere is also exciting there is a rabbit garden so that those who bring children can play rabbits besides swimming, yesterday the 733 rooms were design-friendly ok it's just a little less like material selection the floor that uses broken stones for feet is less comfortable and those who carry toddlers must be somewhat worried because of the uneven texture so that it is less safe if the child plays in the room, suggestions may be added with a rather thick carpet ornaments in some of the tv room so more comfortable, exciting overall and cool to stay here

Even though it's enough, how long the nuance and service and cleanliness and beauty make us satisfied
