Very dedicated staff. You just have to watch out for the seller on the beach and especially George, never give him money before you have the item. Otherwise the seller on the beach Remy and very courteous with always a smile on his face. Everyone talks about him well and with good reason!

It is an amazing place to be. A lot of fin. Food for all kind of taste. Soccer field, pool. The beach is wonderful. A beautiful nature place to be. Highly recommand it to the world.

Very pleasant place with a good atmosphere, a diverse buffet. The palge is really good.

Hotel on the coast of Arcadins north of the island.
The rooms are spacious, bathroom a little dated, which quickly becomes a pool with shower.
The food (all inclusive) is not famous but correct.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
The beach is beautiful, small shells a little embarrassing to enter the water, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The front seat staff were diligent in providing full information on the resort as well as our rooms and what to expect. There s a fridge available in the room. The view from the bedroom was astonishing. The AC in the room worked very well. The room was clean, the bed was more than comfortable, and the staff were very polite and patient. The food was amazing. The security provided was far past my expectations. They were everywhere on the property and available 24 hrs a day, so I felt completely safe. The vendors selling souvenirs were very polite and didn t push the product. The property was gorgeous. I would like to see the front entrance better taken care of because perception is everything. Also whoever is cooking on the morning shift needs to work evenings too because their pikliz is amazing! Although it was Covid season and some things were closed, they still provided excellent service to the guest. I had a great time I want to make this a tradition! I love to see my people doing amazing things we need more people bringing money into the beautiful little island! This resort is definitely a site to see

All inclusive is the best choice for vacations. Beautiful beach almost 2 miles of sand. Clean rooms, excellent food and nice drinks. Entertaining activities, disco. A place to visit for sure for the nice and warm hospitality

A haven of peace, A little paradise on the soil of Haiti. Located on the shores of the town of Montruis, Royal Decameroun has nothing to envy to luxury hotels on the shores of Hawaii / United States, De punta cana (Dominican Republic) and many other cities again. The place dreamed for compatriots who want to do local tourism.

There's everything you find on a resort in decamero, helicopter ride, jet ski rental etc...

Everything about this hotel was awesome except for the disgusting rooms.
My first room had pillows that smelled of ass and was not cleaned. The shower was also malfunctioning. Nothing could be done until the next day so I slept pillowless in a stinky room. The next day they changed my room. The shower was one of the most disgusting things I ve ever seen. MOLD. BLACK MOLD on the shower walls, floors and ceilings. And the drain was clogged. I took a shower with sandals off and eyes closed for the most part. I really feel like I overpaid for the rooms alone. Other than that, the food and staff, entertainment was on point . I want to say that I would return to the Decameron hotel again but I am terrified of getting a nasty room. I literally feel like vomiting right now as I think of the moldy shower.

It was good ... The food good .. except that I had not found the shows .. which was a little disappointed to me .. and there is a huge lack of channels in the televisions

Giving 3 stars since I feel that the rooms need a bit of work but the beach is fantastic & the food is great. I will book again soon.

Beautiful place, great service, amazing food. Lost 1 star from me because of the drinks. They are not great. I suggest buying your own bottle. Unless you're into beer.

Update:
Went back 3 years later (COVID times), and it was a horrible experience. There were no activities and the food was tragic. Definitely not the same place I once knew.

I am already planing my next vacation with you guys the food was great, the show, the staff to much to list. Bests beach in all the Caribbean thank you.

Royal Decameron is such a beautiful peaceful place. All inclusive!! Yes sign me up, there's plenty of things to do while there. The view is breathtaking. A MUST VISIT!! when in Haiti.

very beautiful environment, all inclusive is a nice formula. all day long all you can eat and drink. Two beautiful pools. It was not overcrowded at the time I staid there (April). The rooms are nice, the beach is nice (sand, not rocks !) The banner says "spa" but don't expect a bubble bath, the bubbler is broken.

I was planning to have my wedding reception there next year. I get to the gate to take a look at the reception hall just to be turned away because I didn't pay for a room. They want you to pay before even seeing the property!!

The food was ok... the staff was subpar. But the place was beautiful! Did a mini photo shoot on the beach and the pictures came out amazing!

It's an amazing beach. Once you get in, the employee will take you to your room and then you are free to do whatever you want. They serve 3 meals per day and to spend one night, you pay 350 dollars for 4 people.

Because it is a fabulous place and I think Decameron is the place of abundance of all the beautiful and good things par excellence.

I have to say this is by far one of the worst resorts I've ever experienced. Pictures are definitely deceiving, My hotel room had no hot water, the room also did not have a door on the bathroom. Some of the employees was extremely rude, I couldn't believe how rude some of the employees were actually. my overall experience wasn't good and most likely would never visit again not recommend to anyone who want to experience an authentic Haiti.

Decameron is the ideal place for holidays, holidays and sutout to be in love; I spent a huge night in Decameron and I miss the words. I just know that this moment was magical and grandiose

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's by the beach and food and drinks are included. But the rooms are bad, I would rather sleep on the beach on the sand. Unless you want to enjoy the outside ambiance by the ocean, it's not a place to spend the night. Pay to spend the day and go back to a different hotel.

The space is reaching, the welcome is warm, the services are fast and the staff are very understanding. So, it's a place that no matter who a person has to visit at least once before dying

It has me a lot more. But it looks like this hotel has been made for Haitians who want a holiday taste abroad. It lacks the Haitian side that could attract foreign tourism.

Didnt stay at the hotel just went to the beach at the hotel and it was gorgeous they have a nice pool I went in as well but the beach was gorgeous blue water with little straw umbrellas as well as access to their outside bar which was nice to go grab a beer or something

So it's a beautiful resort. No question! The color of the water, the sunset, the natural beauty is phenomenal. However, once you get close to the beach, you see the amount of trash in the water. We quickly got out and went to the pool instead. The food was ok at best. It's nice because it is all inclusive but their service is very slow, the meats are often overcooked, and the options are not so plenty. The desserts were ok or less than ok. The drink service was incredibly slow. The fruits were ok. WiFi is only available in the lobby. It seemed like it was available in the room but the people at the front desk just waved us off saying there is none. The room was a bit outdated. They placed the sheet above the comforter which we thought was odd. The water pressure was weak and the water did not get hot enough. But the view was phenomenal.

NEGATIVE POINTS:

They do not offer ANY natural fruit juices. All of the juices (orange, peach and apple) seem to be made either from powdered drinks or very cheap brands.
The liquor/ alcohol offered at the bar is cheap and most of the bartenders can't mix a decent drink.
The currency exchange rate is absolutely outrageous! Whereas the local rate is 62 to 63 Haitian Gourdes per 1 USD, Decameron's rate is 52 Gourdes per 1 USD.
POSITIVE POINTS:
The property is beautiful and well maintained overall.
The massages offered at the spa are wonderful.
The beach is always enjoyable, whether you are swimming, snorkeling, taking a walk or just laying around. Poolside is the place to be for children and adults not keen on the ocean.
Most of the service staff (waiters, room service) is very pleasant and provide service with a smile.
This is my second vacation stay here and it will most definitely be the last.
