This place is a place that really attractive and really beautiful

When it was Club Indo, the buffet was excellent, the beach clean and fantastic with the coconut palms along the white sand, the packages very affordable. But, the toilets were too French (too small) I hope the quality and satisfaction are still there with the new owners.

Entertainment are great make you wanna be there... They just need to update the food menu..

Everything has been perfect and do not forget to leave your piggy bank at home when you go to Decameron.

Stayed at Resort for 2 days the receptionist and check in process is by far the most difficult check-in I have ever had. The most discouraging part is the utter lack of empathy and customer service on their part.
After the tumultuous check-in we were helped to our rooms which were not spectacular but simple and clean. There we were able to unload from such the unwelcome reception.
Now, as far as grounds, the resort is on beautiful grounds and landscaping is breath taking. There is always a place for quiet time as well as a place to party and eat throughout the day. The food was amazing best resort food I have ever had.
Now as far as other services, it was a great stay from bartenders to food services, life guards and water activity staff was very nice and accommodating.
I would def go again but sure to put on my combat boots for check-in.

Superb landscape, mix of mountain and beach. Location very well maintained, clean. Varied and excellent food! Courteous staff. Several activities offered for free. Selection of interesting paying activities. Excursions available in high season. The 2 a la carte restaurants are exquisite!

Great place for vacation, friendly people, sweet home, sweet home.

The resort needs urgent revamp of presentation and service... my last visit was disgraceful. Cleaning cart spent 3 days behind my room door... food is mediocre at best, scarce in quantity and variety,the restaurant with the best Haitian trademark cuisine is 85 to 90% of the time reserved for politician gathering or wedding reception.. leaving the visiting tourist with whatever is left of the so called cuisine presented at the resort ...They have no shame to present corn meal and shredded beef in a breakfast menu. No real cake ,always spongy artificial pre mixed powder cake ... I have to ask the administration of the resort: what happen to signature dishes such as: lalo / calalou djondjon? Which are gastronomic signature dishes that never fail...Never. This resort at this time is in no way presenting or promoting the full haitian national culture...while their entertaining staff is great and talented young performers.. The resort need to do better to present more local cultural colors.. and please clean the hotel and slap a fresh coat of paint on it. As the number one resort in the country as one of Royal Decameron resort destinations ... they need to leave up to the branch standards in montrouis... I hope the Administration reads and heave my suggestions for I hate to have to go spend my money in a foreign country instead of my own to support my country's economy...

If i could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is dirty. The staff are okay for the most part but lack basic training and customer service skills. I blame management for this. Dont bother calling front from the guest room. You wont get an answer but if you walk down to to the front lobby, you will see them all talking and laughing in a group.

The bathroom looks like it never experienced bbleach. There was black mold all over the bathroom. It also floods while taking a shower. I had to beg for clean towels. When I finally received the towels, it wasn't the standard white towels, they gave us 2 pool towels with no wash cloths. Some guest complained of no hot water but this was not the case for our room.

The smoke detector in the room needed a new battery. When I complained about that the front desk changed our room. The second room had lime scale all over the showerhead. We asked for the showerhead to be changed 4 times. It wasn't changed until a few hours before we checked out. I will never return to this dump. It's by far the worst all inclusive place I've ever visited.if you are used to 5 start vacations you will be disappointed. If you have never experienced a fabulous vacation or live a privileged lifestyle, you may think its a decent place.

Had a blast the food was amazing and the crystal clear beach was just omg there was also these little clear critters in the shallows i tried to catch but they were too speedy and also saw a jelly fish

It's a good feeling when you don't have to use money when you are at the resort.

I'm currently here. This is my 3rd time staying here. I always have a great time. The staff is supper nice, the food is great and can't go wrong with the local libations. The rooms are a bit small, but I'm almost never in them. The beach is absolutely amazing. Just breath taking. It's a great place for someone who wants to come to Haiti, but not sure how to navigate the country. You can take tours and excursions with them. This place is a must, when coming to Haiti. Thank me later!

Room and food very good. Sandy beach well used against a lot of seaweed so limited swimming.

The resort property is big and very nice! There are multiple restaurant options and the food is good! They offer a variety of activities. But the service is ok, a bit lacking. The rooms are a bit too small as well. Other than that great place!

Worst service ever, customer service is awful, these people don't communicate with customers, they screwed up my reservation I called several times to make sure before I go there. Spoke to several people they told me everything would be fine when I get there. When I got there they couldn't reinstate the reservation. I spent 2hours talking to them to have them see that they were wrong.. but nothing was fixed, they scammers..... Beautiful place though

Spent weekend getaway for colleague's destination wedding celebration at Royal Decameron (Indigo) - food service, overall staff and experience were great. New management need to contemplate expanding activities and food outlets on the premises. There is a lot of potential to make this place great.

Best place to spent time in Haiti and to organize events such as wedding, training sessions, congress.
At night, enjoy beach events, dance shows. Late night, the club in the such is more than great.
The huge things, most beverages are free.

I would of given them 5 stars, but my room was not ready when I arrived. Had to wait almost 2 additional hours for a room, and they don't keep enough towels in the room. Other than this, my experience was good.

All inclusive vacation in Haiti, shuttle picks you up at the airport to the hotel, very secure location, 5 or 6 pools, beachfront, all you can eat and drink, from my balcony I can see the pool and the bar area, massage $ of course, 2 authentic cuisine restaurant, night entertainment...can you tell I had a blast, see my pics :)

I will never come back to this hotel. Lori the customer service manager disrespected us. We went to Decameron on Sunday night so we could leave on Monday, that's when we learned that port au prince was restricted because of protestations. Arcahaie was blocked, there was no way we could go back to port au prince and we had to catch an early flight on Tuesday. She clearly stated to us: why did we come? If we didn't know there was protestations. I was shocked to hear those words from a manager knowing that Deca is an international hotel. And it was my first time going there. On top of that, they couldn't accommodate us for the day or the night; she asked us to pay 65$ per person and we were a total of 6. And there was a lot of people that stayed for free. Having 20+ people sitting, sleeping with their bags in the lobby is not agreeable for the hotel. We didn't get full service because two of the restaurants was closed as there were not enough guests in the hotel; meaning they have enough rooms to accommodate us. The night club was closed! The staff received a call probably from corporate telling them to give us a room or 2, still we were sitting in the lobby with no information about the situation and being treated like animals. I am not the type of person who usually leaves bad reviews for company but this time, I had to do as it was a stressful situation for me and my family and disrespectful as well. A member of the us Army being treated like trash by Decameron in Haiti.

Absolutely loved this place when I lived in Haiti. Such a nice spot to visit for a weekend: the shows were great, the food was amazing, the drinks were good, and the pools were beautiful. Rooms are a bit small but tastefully decorated. My one suggestion would be to offer more Haitian food and to incorporate more Haitian entertainment - when I'm in Haiti, I want to experience Haitian culture. Not American or Colombian culture.

Food was amazing, have an open mind. They also have different dining rooms that require reservations. Nice relaxing resort good service.
