Been there twice with the whole family, was always super a Hollungs culprit again

We decided on the club hotel because of the great pictures and the Angobte and were not disappointed ... a few small things you could complain about but that would be complaining at a high level ... we will gladly come back ...

An interesting place for a holiday in Bulgaria. The service of the Dit Evrika Beach Hotel in every aspect makes every effort to ensure that the stay in the facility is nice and comfortable from a full range of food, drinks, drinks and beer available almost all day for cleanliness in rooms and on the adjacent beach and 24/7 security.

Such an expensive hotel and you have to pay for wifi 25 euros for 7 days for one device. The pros are 3 themed restaurants. Water slides for children.

Great service and amazing place to relax with children

The rooms are spacious, the staff is polite the food is delicious, but you had to wait in line to pick up, although they had separated the people to come in stages, it was still crowded and a very long queue.

A very beautiful location! I stayed here for 6 days, cleanliness and high quality services come first. I recommend with all confidence!

Very nice hotel especially for families with young children. swimming pool is like an aqua park. kids do not have to be bored for a moment. If you leave the hotel you can cross and walk onto the beach and you are also right on the boulevard with all kinds of shops where they sell everything. There are also a lot of fake stuff on offer.

Unfortunately, that's not what I thought.
If you are about to come here, it is a good idea to check your room before you pick it up. We paid in November 2017 for a sea view room. What I received is a room with a side sea view. If I noticed this problem, I was answered like them, there is no difference. Another problem I encountered when I tried to book a meal at the Asian restaurant. Although I arrived only yesterday, 07/30/2018, and I tried to make the reservation today, 07/31/2018, I found out that there are no places until next week. The reservation had to be made, I think, before I got here. The lady at the reception, who answers the clients' questions, gave 3 phone calls, one for each problem I noticed and, each time, I understood that the aspect that I am Romanian points out. Each phone call ended with a big smile from the lady and the answer that, unfortunately, we can't do anything, being in the middle of the summer season. I felt discriminated against because I am Romanian, because I am convinced that if I were further west, I also had a room with a sea view, for which I paid and I also had a place at the Asian restaurant.
Although I asked the lady to offer me only the services I paid for, I was left with only a bitter taste and regret that I gave up a 4-star hotel on the Romanian coast, for one of the neighbors.
We only have one vacation and it's a shame someone ruined it for us. So, if you are Romanian, watch the room beforehand and book a place at the restaurant before going on holiday.
If you're not as picky as I am, you'll feel good.

Certainly one of the best facilities in the 4 star area on the Sunny Beach if you have children with you. At two bars, there are also portafilter machines for really good coffee as an insider tip.

We went to this hotel from July 2nd till July 9th 2020, just after the Covid lockdown. We booked a premium room and were informed 2 weeks before our stay that everything in the hotel would function as normal, except for certain corona measures.

When we arrived, we were informed that all the guests were moved to the premium part of the hotel, including those guests who paid for a normal room. We were expecting an upgrade of our room as well, but didn't get it. (so why did we pay extra then?) In the first 12h of our stay, we had to call a repair man to come and fix our airco and the lock of the door.

Staff: most of the staff hardly speaks English (except for the animation crew) and they weren't in the mood to work either. We had occasions where the pool bar wasn't even open, the pool was dirty on multiple occassions, the pool area was closed at 16h45 instead of 17h00 and the main restaurant was closed at 21h10 instead of 21h30. We also had 2 encounters when a staff member was very rude.

During our entire stay, there was no late breakfast, no late night snacks, during 6 of the 7 days only 2 of the 4 slides of the aquapark worked, there was no kids club, no animation in the amfitheater... So why did they lie to us when we asked in advance if everything was normal?

Restaurant: we only could eat at the premium restaurant. Hot dishes are only hot when they come straight out of the pan, when you take something out of the platters it's cold 99% of the time. You can dine in the Bulgarian, Italian or Asian restaurant as well, but that wasn't a big success. We went to the Italian restaurant, but it was obvious that they wanted us out as quickly as possible. We received the starter, the main dish and the dessert all in 45 min. That would even have been faster had we not asked to wait a bit after the main dish...

On our last day, getting a shower room to freshen up after a swim before leaving to the airport was not possible and we were given the opportunity to keep our room longer, at a cost of 10 EUR per extra hour... Outrageous!

Concluding: we would definitely not recommend this hotel and we won't be going back. We can see it has potential, but there were too many problems and things that were not working. We spoke with the guest relation about this, but everything is blaimed on Covid or some of our complaints "weren't true". The management of this hotel needs to walk around a bit more in their own hotel to see what's going on, or in our case, what's not going on.

Very friendly staff, food was good, guests were all wishes fulfilled. Top long, right by the sea.

I stayed at the Evrika Beach Club Hotel with my sister from the 21/5/18 until 28/5/18. Excellent location. Staff really friendly. We had a huge room overlooking the car park which was ideal as was very quite. The balcony only got the sun for 1 hour early in the morning which was fine as the beach and pool areas were amazing. Towels and bedding were changed daily and room was kept to a very high standard. There was a large selection of foods at the buffet and we visited the Italian and Bulgarian A La Carte which I would recommend. The only thing that spoils this hotel is some of the people who stay here. Guests wasting food and drink, not using bins and allowing young children who cant even reach the buffet help themselves to the food which results in some of them licking the ice cream spoon and putting it back in the ice cream!! They pick up food and put it back too! No parents to be seen! The waiting staff are very attentive and the restaurant is strict about bikinis in the restaurant, so don't forget some clothes.

Some opinions about the stay: new and neat room, old-fashioned bathroom, no lift - I climbed in the stroller a few times a day, all-inclusive with empty minibar, beach towels unchanged throughout the stay, queue at the entrance to the restaurant in the evening for dinner although tourists were divided into two shifts to avoid congestion, queue in the dining area in the morning due to pancakes and in the evening due to steak, tourists waited in line for these two products which denotes poor organization, parking, in addition at one time given "food was served with portion" Parking spaces limited, I parked in the yard but on the lawn. Half of the hotel modernized, the other half obsolete and quite neglected.

Tragedy! Nowhere have I experienced similar things to this hotel during our two-week stay in August / September 2019.
Namely: the hotel staff are young people up to 25 years of age who have hardly heard and did not see what it is like to be nice and polite towards guests. People grumpy day in and day out, with the appearance of apprentices assigned as punishment, throwing plates and ignoring it, you can stick to the floor in the dining room. In the lobby, "waiters" stick to the limit to women who come for drinks. Pool bar service daily pouring drinks from the hoses used to pour (such a way to attract attention) and in front of the queue of people. No person supervising all this service or the person is simply not visible.
Ice cold water in the pool, both in the large and in the paddling pool for children.
The rooms have a spider web wherever you don't want to clean up. Black and moldy joints.
Besides, the food was good and the beach was clean.
Overall I do not recommend it.

A great place for the whole family. Spacious and modern rooms, swimming pools for adults and children with aquapark for both categories. Hotel near the beach and in the center of the resort. Good and chosen food for all tastes. During this pandemic period, the rules of distance were even observed. Large space between sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach. We will return in the future.

Great for kids. Lots of water slides and private beach. Food and drink plentiful, the food quality in restaurants (reservations are recommended at the start, limited quantity and availability).

Is a very nice and clean hotel with a great pool and slides and right by the sea. The pool is a little too cold ..., the sea was very warm with 26 degrees.
The beach was also very fine sand and clean, and you could walk about 200 meters into the sea and still stand.
It's very nice for children, just a little more animation needs to be done for the kids ...
Food is great, rooms are very spacious and clean.
There is a shopping mile for women right by the hotel ... ;-)
At night everything is very nicely lit, but in the daytime when you see it, it is unfortunately not that nice ...
All in all it is very nice there, you should also go to Nessebar, because the picturesque village is very beautiful and also clean!
We were there from 08/30/18 - 09/6/18 and had pure sunshine every day with about 33 degrees during the day and about 20-22 degrees at night.
There are shows and / or solo entertainers every evening.
All inclusive offers a very wide range of cocktails, almost everything you want ... there are "only" 4 cocktails on the menu, but I asked for a pinacolda that wasn't on it, and it was made for me immediately without ifs or buts ...
We flew to Bulgaria with Small Planet via TUI and everything went smoothly.
Would fly there again ...

It is not a 4 star hotel, they cannot deliver that quality

Don t choose this hotel because. You stay to wait 10-15 minutes for a drink because is a only bar open. The restaurant have a little bit of food and the same you must to stay 10-15 for the food because is one small place where take the food. You are served in disgust at the barman s. Where you go is a lot of people because the hotel close all the attraction and you must go where is open and it is only one. I know is corona now and the hotel must to open all the bars all the restaurant s. You didn t go here because is the worse hotel where I go. Thanks for read this review.

Located next to the Platinum Hotel, this family-friendly hotel is right on the beach. This part is not so loud in the evening, as in the southern hotels. There is no private car park, but there is a large private sliding children's pool at the back, in front of an adult pool.

Great place to stay the pools are lovely all the staff are really friendly and helpfull the food is lovely plenty of choice even for my really fussy son! Very clean and tidy beds and towels are changed everyday rooms hoovered and cleaned everyday great range of drinks for everyone they give u spare towels to take to the pool or beach will defiantly be returning again

Near the sea, clean rooms, aquapark for children and adults

It was just great here. super nice facility for children. very versatile and delicious food. If you do not find anything here ... that is not to help ... very nice staff in all areas. However, if you are afraid of many people, you will not like it here.

Great family vacation and definitely recommended due to the great location. We were especially surprised by the modern and super clean rooms. The family room with 2 bathrooms was perfect for 2 adults with 2 children. You have everything you need right outside the door. Beach, promenade, shops, restaurants, huge pool area, child care .... absolutely recommendable. The only small drawback was the slightly crowded, a bit too loud Spreiseraum, although the smaller theme restaurants, the quieter and smaller, are all right again. Perfect holiday with tiny reductions.

I can't imagine anyone giving this hotel five stars. I can understand four for families with children who get everything in one place. For me, childless volunteers in their 30s were a tree. Until I got food poisoning in the hotel restaurant - probably of sprouts that tasted weird, and ended up coming home several days in advance. Then it became a turf.

The hotel is a tourist factory, a mooring of people. We had booked a sea view room, but instead got a room on the side of the hotel overlooking the air conditioning of the casino next door. Admittedly got the room changed after a couple of days, and at least one got a view of the swimming pool, but the room was smaller and the bathroom much smaller - a bad match for food poisoning. The many sun loungers were already occupied with towels when going to breakfast. The all-inclusive food was mostly decent enough, until you became food poisoning, but the problem is all the people you encounter all the time, and kids who supply themselves, take in the food, lay back etc. When the all-inclusive only specifies local Drinks there is never any good sign, so neither here. Drinks did not taste good.

The room was sounding. From early in the morning one could hear it being vacuumed outside and when someone was in the bathroom in the room next door it sounded really good. Not good. Generally somewhat tired hotel.

Looking at the site here that the hotel has good shopping opportunities. I didn't see anything. Only small stalls with a tourist trap that can be found at many southern destinations. The nearby food stores were "supermarkets", all with the same thin selection.

Sent mail to the hotel and complained about food poisoning. They had supposedly called the room after I had gone home and were sending me an email, but I haven't seen it. Relatively expensive it was all too, and especially when you end up traveling home before the time. Is not recommended.

The rooms are simple, but I have free WiFi everywhere, the pool area is quite large and the safe in the room is also free of charge.

I have mixed feelings. The hotel chosen for the attractions for children and the child was satisfied, although the main attraction of the mini aquapark was omitted by a wide arch due to the icy water. The water in the sea was warm, the beach clean, access to beach chairs on the beach without any problem. However, by the pools, guests have reserved with their towels sunbeds from the early dawn. We had the Premium option (by accident), breakfast and dinner at the Premium super restaurant, dinners as far as soups around. I was on something the other day, probably fruit or salad; until the end of my stay I avoided storing and it was ok, the child wisely chose rolls, pasta and fries. Rooms large, spacious, clean, although friends above the floor had ants. We started to leak the toilet seat and the faucet moved at the sink, we reported it, but nothing was done, explaining that in such heat the toilet seat must leak and nothing can be done. In the evening there was a mini disco for children and this is the only attraction that ours used. We visited three themed restaurants, the worst performing Italian, Asian and Bulgarian very decently. Will I go back there, I really do not know ...

Outstanding!!!!!! The atmosphere is great, massage great, food great, evening shows great swimming facilities great. Would definitely stay here again.

The facility is very nice and is located directly on the sea. The water is still cold in May and also in the pool. Some things could be better, the slides are only open for 4 hours. The premium restaurant is only open in the second week. The climbing wall was unfortunately not in use either. The communication at the front desk was difficult and not in German. The children's entertainment was more for small children and not in German either.
But the service staff was always friendly and hard-working and the rooms were very clean.

The hotel is located close to the sea about 100m, cold and hot drinks are available on the beach, there are sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel has a swimming pool and Aqua park for children and adults.

came here for our honeymoon, and was not disappointed everything was great from time we got there til time we left.

We landed early hours in the morning and was told they had put out some food in the resturant for us if we was hungry which we didnt expect, food everyday was outstanding with lots to choose from, wether you wanted hot or cold plenty of both, drinks were available from any of the bars around hotel.

Pool area was spotless and very enjoyable surprisingly the water was very cold even on a ridiculously hot day, same as the beach people walking round keeping it clean and tidy for everyone.

Rooms were cleaned everyday we even had a couple of towel animals left on the bed from the cleaners.

We would definitely be coming back again someday and would recommend here to anyone.

Gorgeous entry to the water, ideal for children. The holiday atmosphere is complemented by the beach bar and swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. Especially recommended to families with children.

Very nice and relaxing location. The cocktail proposal is very varied, as it happens in almost all places in this area, as far as food is concerned, it is better to spread a pitiful veil. A few proposals including English breakfast, burgers, salads, pizza and club sandwiches (there are some for a place on the beach walk), but really low quality. I would not stay there again. Plus good value for money.

System is nice but everything else is catastrophic. All had food poisoning, rooms not necessarily clean, staff irritated, Russian party guests had loud discussions with employees at night

On reading some of the reviews people have views and to me it s how your self have been treated you may have had a different perspective of the hotel as I did. Here we go,must say this is a great place for families, we paid for a sea view which was excellent but the beds were too soft for me and every morning I had a bad back,so I asked if I could have a sun lounger in my room so I could sleep on it this was definite no from the manageress. My reply was I just want to sleep on it not take it home ,by the way she never spoke to us she related the message to one of her staff while we were standing there , and what a dirty look we got.Then we got verbally abused by the girl in the shop which was in the hotel.Not nice we weren t the only ones that were having problems and not getting results,funny thing was we were all British. The food was warm no variety but this is like most hotels . If you had a great time there good for you we didn t and I can only write what happened to my friend who is 70 and myself of 60, I have been to the Majestic and was informed that it was owned by the same man. Well I won t be going back to the Evrika again. Date of travel 31st May to 7th June
