Club Hotel RIU Evrika - Sunny Beach Review

Good hotel, everything is included. A difficult problem is that there is no elevator in most buildings. Request floor a. Shrine restaurants on the first day otherwise no place.

Exemplary cleanliness, not very diverse food but very tasty. All employees wear masks and gloves, enter the restaurant with a mask and receive gloves at the entrance. Body A is very noisy because the parties are held right next door but after I complained I received a camera in the premium body.

The same food every day, at noon and dinner you will often see french fries and chicken.

It was a pleasant holiday and I recommend family with children. Clean room, good and diversified food. The quiet area, which is an important asset, because in other areas I do not think that we could sleep because of the street noise ... taverns etc. The relatively modest entertainment program, but the children appreciate it anyway. The only drawbacks I had were that I was able to change the beach towels only on the 3rd attempt after I went to the reception. The beach is close, the water enters very smooth, fine sand. In one day I couldn't get into the water because of the jellyfish. Conclusion: I wholeheartedly recommend!

A great hotel! Lots of pools, slides, deckchairs a little less but you can survive. Food ok. A lot of people of different nationalities. Rooms and bathrooms nice. I recommend!

A suitable location for families with children. Own beach, Aqua Park, indoor pools for children and adults. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed, stocks of shampoo, shower gel are renewed.
The restaurant is eaten in series to avoid congestion. Disposable gloves are provided at the entrance and a protective mask must be worn.
The food was good and varied ... you can always find fish or seafood dishes at lunch and dinner. Drinks: juices, local beer, white wine and sparkling wine by the bottle.
Cocktails, vodka, etc. can also be served at the on-site bars.
Daily entertainment program in the pool area, rain bar and amphitheater.
Cons: a lot of Romanians ..., Bulgarian customers are a bit favored by the staff, there are not enough places on the beach, traders do not negotiate prices at all, At the exchange offices you have to be careful because usually the purchase price is not displayed and the one for sale or a commission is charged ...
A place where you can spend an almost perfect vacation.

Had a week here September 2017 and it was perfect.
So much choice for food that we hardly ate out, room was nice (bathroom tiles could be updated).
Massive plus that the they have a section of the beach an you don t have to fight for sun loungers. Would recommend 100%

A super nice hotel from the pool to the beach only a few meters, five restaurants delicious rich food, you do not realize that so many people in this hotel are the entertainment is appealing, the staff is very friendly. The pool area is the highlight for the kids.

Clean tidy rooms,bars and pools. Freindly attentive staff. Only issue was air con in room. All inclusive food was above average buffet fair.

Very nice place we've booked for a week all inclusive staying in b block 3 Rd floor ni E and quiet area 3 mins walk from reception but only drawback is there's no lift in this block. Rooms have carpets and fridge and bunk beds and twin bed nice powerful shower and cleaned every day. They even folded out dirty laundry up off floor plenty towels and beds done too. Food is nice and fresh. Only found snacks and meals to be warm not hot as I like but each person has own preference. Entertainment is okay but we've only had 2 night so far. Reception on arrival was friendly and polite porter took our stuff up to the room and gave a tip English money accepted. Bring own lilos as they're quite costly here about 40 lev upwards. Beach is free for beds in front of hotel.

A large hotel complex where everyone can find use. right on the beach. Not far from the local promenade where you can find many shops and attractions. Large pools, plenty of restaurants. AI - food even during the day or you can take it with you to the pool, perfect drinks

This hotel was overrated, except for excellent food and great kitchen staff. Good offended at each bar. We have a room with sea view booked, unfortunately only a side sea view. The cleanliness of the rooms is also customary. But the worst is that you get no pool chairs at the pool, it's noon at 8:30 at the pool but the beds are completely occupied. People have to sneak out of the hotel at 3am to reserve 3 per person. One at the beach and two at the pool (one in the shat and one in the sun). As the hotel management would have to do something against it but that does not matter. Now is our third holiday in Bulgaria, but also the worst. Are also accommodated as premium guests in block D, but except for the mega restaurant one notices here of Premium. Never again!!

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff, good food, good pool and beach area and good food with good selection but the biggest downsides I have are 1. Nowhere where clocks and the Alk is wirlich gepuncht with water or so it tastes just pure Disgusting

I can recommend the hotel 100%. One of the best in Sunny Beach with a mini Aqua Park! Aqua Park actions 10-12 and 15-17 driving also thought that why so short, now I can confidently say that it is completely enough! After an hour everyone is fed up and it is looser :-) The facility is divided into 4 parts A, B, C and D (premium from this year). We were 2 + 2 children in the main room C room DZX2 even though the view of the garden and we only spent the night there! Rooms clean, cleaned every day, towels changed, cosmetics replenished, safe included, fridge but no mini bar! Occasionally an unpleasant smell in the bathroom! The food is excellent, literally everything. Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner (evening dress is obligatory, you will not go in a T-shirt with straps), Snack Bar from 11-17 by the pool (spagheti, pizza, toast, sandwiches, kennel, hamburgers, drinks, beer, ice cream, cakes, fruit etc.) In this hotel you don't go hungry :-) Alcohol, drinks according to the customer. Beer good, but poor 3%, nice bartenders. 3 Al'Carte restaurant (Bulgarian, Italian, Asian). For me, Italian is the best, reservations are best done as soon as you arrive. From this year, building D closest to the beach belongs to the premium guests (blue armbands) and the pool in front of the beach as well. It is unnecessary for me to divide guests into better and worse. They have an additional restaurant and they come to the main restaurant anyway! Animators friendly and helpful - they invite, come and have fun. Languages and here the first minus! Guests are Germans, British, Russians and Poles, information in all these languages except Polish! Just translate and next to these languages it would be nice if Polish were also found, because what are we inferior to others ?! And the biggest minus of this facility is reserving sunbeds by the pool by tourists from 5-6 am! Do you go to the pools after breakfast at 8-9? forget about the sun lounger! Despite the ban, there is a problem they can't deal with. And the worst part is that someone reserves a sunbed in the morning, goes to the beach and then returns to the pools in the late afternoon and blocks those sunbeds for half a day! My advice! You have to do the same !!! In general, everything for the PLUS! Very enjoyable holiday and beautiful hotel to which I will come back :-) Ps. Watch out for Captain Jack, an elderly lifeguard with a ponytail and hat, he is terribly annoying and seems to be sitting there as a punishment :-)

Close to the sandy beach. A nice children's mini aquapark.

It's cheap and cheerful. Premium rooms do get extra restaurant, extra small pool, speedier wifi. Get your sun lounger early...this also counts for the beach sun loungers. By the pool you wont find one at the beech you will find loungers but if you enjoy a splash you wi have to walk a distance.

Day 2: Took my 4year old to the evening entertainment for children...no as good as official TUI resorts, o ly a mini disco for 45-60mins. Smoking all around the resort also around the kids mini disco. Food has been pretty repetitive in the Premium Restaurant. So far I would still keep this as a 2 out of 5.

For families with children, this resort is ideal. All inclusive offer, hotel-own beach section, inside protected water playground with slides and several pools, good selection of food and drinks, very nice staff are perfect for this target group.

A star is a lot this year. I've been here 3 years in a row, but ... this year the services are deplorable from all points of view.
The staff lost their smile, the aqua park and the miserable pools, the poorer table than Saturn.
It is my last visit here and I do not recommend, the difference from one year to another is major. Too bad for the almost 2000 euros I paid. Shame on them ...

It was great !!!!!
Very nice and large facility. Nice pool and great aqua park. The children's pool also has a water play tower with small slides.
The whole area is clean and well-kept and someone is constantly cleaning.
The rooms are also clean and spacious. We had a room with a great sea view.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
The food is good and there is always a huge variety, so there is something for everyone.
The hotel's own beach is also very nice and there are plenty of loungers and parasols. These, as well as the towels at the pool and beach, are free of charge.
We can only recommend the hotel and will definitely spend our vacation there again.

We had a great time at Evrika and we will definitely come back next year. We have a 3 year old, and we enjoyed the beach and the water slides. Food was delicious.

It's a lovely place clean and most staff are friendly enough entertainment could be better and a down side is not enough sunbeds people are reserving their beds in the early hours !!! Just a bit silly. Food is nice lots of chose x

Hotel neat and clean, we stayed in rooms overlooking the pool, on the ground floor. Spacious rooms, with a comfortable bathroom and large balconies. Poor food, probably because it's Bulgarian, a lot deep fried. However, the vegetables are very tasty, as well as desserts and delicious brand ice cream. Pools at the turn of August and September cold, much colder than the sea, which always included sun loungers on the hotel's beach, neat with nice service and a bar. I recommend it for families with children and wanting many attractions that will give from morning to late evening.

The location of the hotel is excellent on the promenade of Sunny Beach, with a private beach, great food varied and plentiful, it is recommended to book places in restaurants, there are three Bulgarian Italian and Asian, Italian is highly recommended, excellent entertainment staff, quality water slides, rooms very very simple! But clean and air conditioned. Definitely a nice value for money. Parents of young children can definitely relax their stomachs due to the multiplicity of activities inside and outside the hotel. Everything is accessible and available.

Excellent for pools and right on the beach. Food not to my liking all the time but always something to eat. Great for kids.

We stayed here for 1 week with our kids. Great hotel for kids and family. Huge pool and waterpark, but should be open all day or at least from morning to dusk not only for couple hours in the morning and afternoon. Pool towels should be changed more often. You only have a hour to do it. Really close to the beach. We always found space on the sunbeds. Bar on the beach is great. Only big problem was SMOKING. Anywhere we went people were smoking and smoking. And that was even at the hotel. Smoke was comming from outside because doors where opened. It was really bothering us. They should make smoking prohibited or separate smokers. Not really relaxing for nonsmokers with kids. Food was good. Then we got sick with stomach. We did not know if it was from food or water. We didn't eat anywhere else. So for rest of out stay we were on diet. Coffee maker should be in the room. So you don't have to go for coffe or tea to the bar. Not too much amenities in the room. Only shampoos and shower gels. No tissues. Lobby of the hotel is beautiful but when we walked in our room we were a little shocked. I expected something better for the price we paid. Room was spacious enough but they should have cleaned it better. There were stains on the wall. Carpet was not cleaned. And maid did not vaccum it through our stay either. Spiderwebs were in the corners and a lot of dust on shelves in the closet. Bathroom smells HORRIBLE. Sink was clogged. And there was black mold in the shower. But otherwise bathroom was updated and looked nice. Shower curtain should be longer. Water was comming out of the shower and water was all over the floor. We had to use other towels to dry it out. One side of the closet door was broken. We couldn't slide it. We liked the safe in the room for our valuables. I wish that would be some chairs in the room also. Not only patio plastic chairs on the balcony. Employees were ok. Should be more friendly and informative. We've seen a lot of emloyees cleaning public places, that was nice. Animation...item for playing ping pong or other games should be available all the time not only couple of hours. If you are not picky and looking for fun and you are smoker this place is for you.

Not a 4T hotel. Hotel really beautiful, let down by the staff, food and drinks. All drinks were served warm Inc champagne. Told to add ice. Drinks of the cheapest kind. Food luke warm and sometimes undercooked especially chicken and pork. Had to use microwave that they placed in restaurant area to heat up the meals.
Empty fridges in rooms where we were told to fill up plastic cups if we wanted water in our rooms. Water also warm from machines. No tea or coffee facilities in our rooms. Had to go to restaurant to have a drink in the mornings as the bar didn't open early to switch on machines.
Sunbeds were taken by 8am even thoough it stated not to reserve them. Very noisy round main pool and cramped. Even smaller quiet pool, supposedly for adults, was invaded by kids.
Overall v poor standard in a really nice looking hotel.

Nice large hotel area with great pools and some slides. To emphasize is the own beach section directly at the hotel. Only the food did not convince me (except the theme restaurants).

Price-performance ratio is not right!
The hotel has deteriorated, the food is bad and very monotonous, the service is no longer good!

The location is right on the beach, body A where we stayed is newly renovated and we liked the playground by the pool and the cleanliness of the rooms. Cons: The restaurant is not spacious, and the food is very little which leads to a crowded restaurant. There are very large tails. The staff says that they specialize in prohod, if you don't give them "Tips" they will take your order literally. The drink at the bar is tasteless alcohol. We had to buy from the Supermaket for drinking. In the evening you have no activity and the only ways to spend them is to walk on the seafront (additional costs) or to sit and drink their alcohol at a table on the terrace.

I would highly recommend. A nice, well-kept Hotel. Very good and varied food. Also gluten free. Attractive water park. Beautiful beach. A paradise for children.

The hotel is not bad and the pool area with its own slides and separate children's pool is very nice, with the food you have a very large selection (buffet) and every day a few other dishes, but sometimes individual dishes just taste bland (And I do not mean that just salt is missing, it tastes like nothing). Otherwise Top, vllt you could extend the leisure offers ....

The location is ok but the services are not ok because they do not have ok food, only one kind of meat that is often minced. There is no great variety to eat, no special baby food, the soup is very greasy, very delicate, no alcoholic beverages on the beach other than beer, not ok on the entertainment side for children and adults, children's pool program it is only 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The slide area needs a certain height that I didn't know before. They have no themed evenings. Waiters when they serve you ask for money in the spirit of a joke but I always remind you of tips. It is not a hotel that I would recommend in terms of services for the price paid.

Had a week here with the family at the beginning of June, really nice clean hotel, the food was nice, lots of choice, the family room we had was very nice, the cleaners did a good job of tidying round when required, the bar staff were all very friendly, the location is also very good, lovely beach right outside the hotel, my only gripe is the entertainment in the evening could be better, although it probably is during the season

As always, everything is fine! It will be back next year.

Food very changeable in quality, but after a short time you know what you like and everyone is full. Our children have always found something and that means something ... but the quality can still be improved. Choice of drinks too small and no freshly squeezed juices.
No showers on the beach
Evening meal cards should be shown when you are entitled to eat. The lady at the entrance never looked at the time, so what was the card for?
Evening shows seen better, as well as evening entertainment for the kids.
At the pool the loungers are all reserved around 7:30, which is actually prohibited by the hotel, but is not prevented!

Conclusion:
Nice hotel but wouldn't check in again
Was there with my wife and our two children. Hope my conclusion helps you ... and this is OUR subjective opinion.

Very good hotel with very nice beach. It's sometime difficult to communicate in english, because staff usually has no idea what are you talking about (they probably can understand russian language). Food of all kind was perfect. Outside of the hotel is not so great (garbage, broken roads, etc.), but it is not a big deal. The main pool looked clean, same as pool for kids.

A decent hotel, food in a good standard, good for families

A hotel for families with children, plenty of amenities here (e.g. kettle and coffee machine in the room!), Great swimming pools, clean and nice. Sunbeds for free also on the beach (by the pool even in the shade of trees!). However, it is a behemoth and they have a thousand rooms here, the noise is there and everywhere is full of people from many countries, also if you like :) I prefer intimate hotels, but I really liked Evrika. Respect there's wifi EVERYWHERE !! : D
