Maybe it was just an off day, but I was hoping for a better experience. On the plus side, the staff was friendly when I called to inquire about my order. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not remarkable. I may give it another shot in the future, but for now, I'd say it's a pass.
