Its been a great time I had spend with 360 Degree Cloud Technologies, Faridabad and I never come across any sort of un-ethical behaviour from the HR side neither from the management, every single senior person in 360 DC were cooperative and friendly. One can reach the higher management directly without any fear (but we should always follow a hierarchy). Its good to hear that company has started with EOM as I guess appreciation matters the most as compared to the money, if people are saying about the 100 rupee voucher, than my friend be the EOM for rest for the year and get the chance to get Rs. 1200 voucher. My tenure with the company was awesome wherein I got good appraisal according to my PERFORMANCE and CALIBER.
