Cloudbakers has been great to us. By far, one of the friendliest, most cohesive vendors we have. They handled almost every aspect of our transition from Outlook to Google. This was about 2 years ago now, and post-conversion support is just as good as pre-conversion. The whole team over there is top-notch, beyond friendly, and if they don't have an answer to your question, they ALWAYS find out the answer and get back to you promptly.

Cloudbakers was very nice to work with. Very professional, helpful, caring, contemporary, and knowledgeable. They treated our issues as their own. Their knowledge of what things to be prepared for in advance paid off nicely in the rollout and training.

Cloudbakers has stellar customer service. They respond very quickly and thoroughly! They are a pleasure to work with.

In previous years, I have used an app for exporting my various Google calendars to a spreadsheet so I can easily calculate my deductible miles. Alas, that app now charges $4.99 PER MONTH!!! Obviously, not worth it for a once a year process.
After much digging I found Cloudbakers. The free script they offer does the job perfectly. And the bonus? When I had a technical question about how to export multiple calendars, the email response with a detailed explanation (which worked) came back to me within 12 hours.
Needless to say, I'll be looking to Cloudbakers for any future needs.

We've been working with Cloudbakers for about 3-4 years now off a referral from a friend who used them while overhauling email and other tech systems at a 50-70 person company. They have become a valuable partner for our company. At the time we brought them in we were getting pushed into a welcomed growth period and had to do something with our website and operations. Paper was overcoming our office and Cloudbakers was able to help us take advantage of many Cloud based solutions and integrate other Google related products that we already had access to.

One of the biggest solutions they provided us was the set-up of our email server system. We had been operating on one shared email address for service, scheduling and management for the whole company. It was just not practical anymore let alone professional. Since then, our operations of our company have changed and customer service has improved immensely. We are now able to do business efficiently in a fashion our customers find convenient and easy. It has changed our whole mindset in providing service from management to field technicians.We now are able to operate as a much more professional company and clients are amazed at how small we actually are. They assume we have a large office operations center when reality is there are 4-5 of us here at any given time.

Additionally, when we have service or trouble shooting problems, Cloudbakers steps up to the plate. We had some trouble upgrading our user domains for our gmail based email system. I was stumbling for hours trying to figure it out and the tech team at Cloudbakers sent me on my way quickly in one phone conversation. On other occasions, I have sent an email to their support team
and they have gotten back in touch with me in under 15 minutes and the problem was solved extremely quickly.

Nothing but satisfaction with this group. As a small business who is capitalizing on the benefits of using cloud-based products to manage operations, the insight and knowledge of Cloudbakers is integral in our ability to grow with quickly changing times. In assessing where we are at to where our industry is moving, I find that we are still in the lead pack despite our size. Cloudbakers has helped us keep our competitive edge.

Cloudbakers was professional, easy to get ahold of and fast. Each time I had a question I would receive an answer back within the hour. Screen shots were given so I completely understood the task and could trouble shoot. They migrated all the data we had (About 22,000 accounts worth) in less than a few weeks time! My company is VERY satisfied with Cloudbakers!
