#pasorobles small winery that is seriously making a world class wine. French winemaker and the quality here is amazing. If you like small wineries come here. The service is also very well done and I will come back here without thinking twice.

A wonderful, engaging experience with dedicated staff that tell you all about their wines, property, and their story. All of the wines we tried were artisan crafted and elegant in true old world style. Probably the best tasting in Paso!

Allow for the wines to speak for itself. The experience and hospitality is 150% there, but the wine will allude you into a whole different world and appreciation. Great to accidentally run into John again! This place is a must.

Wow!! What an experience. Laurie, our tasting guide was incredible with her knowledge, hospitality and conveying the passion of the vineyard. A visit to Clos Solene should be on everyone's bucket list. Oh, and the wines are wonderful!!

This winery was above and beyond in a sea of great wine. The wines are like love letters to the grapes and Solene, Guillome's (Owner and Winemaker) wife. His love and passion for both are evident in the final product and the treatment of the vineyard. To see it and taste those qualities in wine is a wonderful experience. Reservation required! My husband and I dropped in without and were able to be accommodated, and they were extremely welcoming and professional, but I am sure they prefer to respect the reservations in order to preserve the experience.

At this time I would say Guillaume makes the best wines in Paso. I am a member at Clos Solene, Benom(his other project), Epoch, Law, Denner, Villa Creek and Justin. Clos Solene is by far the best winery and wine

After having an amazing experience at L'Aventure about a year ago, the wife and I knew we had to come back to Paso Robles to taste more of the regions' wines. Funny enough there is a connection between Clos Selene and L'Aventure as Guillaume, (the owner and vintner), at one time worked for L'Aventure. Also funny, the GPS of our rental Nissan Rogue for some reason directed us to L'Aventure instead of Clos Selene when we went. Luckily Google Maps gave us the correct directions. After we parked and began walking up to the tasting area we were greeted by Laurie as she walked up to us with a glass of Rose for each of us. Such an elegant touch. She brought us to our outdoor table, which was already set up, and we began our journey. Laurie was very kind and knowledgable. She told us all about the winery and Guillaume and his approach to winemaking. It was a great experience. We spent about an hour there and ended up buying a bottle of the 2016 Fleur De Solene. Great wines and great people. Definitely make a point to stop by Clos Selene if your coming to Paso to taste wines.
