I'm just going to be fully honest for the spring creek location it's horrible. They refuse to update the 80s stove and the kitchen and bathrooms both need work. The fire place is nice, but if you have small children it is not ideal as it is made of bricks and it's not flat. They have assigned parking, yet there still isn't anywhere to park. People hog the guest spots by parking their car and swapping cars between their assigned parking spot and the guest spot. Management is VERY poor! They seem very uncaring about the properties and its residents. I feel as though they are bias as most minorities are placed further in the back of the property. They make changes that make no sense and maintenance is ridiculous. Do not move here unless you're desperate.

I found working with CLK Management difficult, while the actual Breckenridge AL apartments were decent. Maintenance was slow to fix issues, some outlets didn't work. Upper management had questionable customer service and ripped off good responsible tenants. So much for Southern Hospitality, I would not choose them again.

They just took over at my apartment complex at houston levee apartments. They charge 33 bucks to pay your rent online or you have to get a money order. No notice of any kind. Only had owner ship for a few weeks and already having issues. The grounds are dirty trash everywhere. The old property manager keep on top of clean up and making sure the grounds were clean. CLK is not very good at what they do. Believe the reviews. Loved it here until ablit a week ago.

This company doesn t fix anything apparently the staff at the Arbors of Century Center in Memphis are incompetent I ve called several times to get proper service to my air instead they send maintenance people who looks like someone off the street and they also close out maintenance requests without ever servicing you. The staff will answer the phone but NEVER know anything. Always saying they re going to check into something but never return your calls the next step is speaking with the news and code enforcement and the a lawyer if my air isn t fixed

Terrible property management they only care for the money.. the fridge is so old it has rust inside it and it keeps draining water on the food. The oven thermostat never works and makes sure the food is getting burned every time. The patio wood is broken if you walk over it your foot will get stuck inside. The air conditioning is either on cold or fan it doesn't stop on a certain degree. And the list goes on.

I like this company. I've found the managers are different at every location, but overall they do what's right for the resident. I lived five years at a community in Nashville and had a wonderful experience. They had other communities there that were nice too, I toured several. It's sad when only angry people write reviews. This isn't everyone's perception or experience.

If I ask to be transferred to a corporate manager of a property. This fool transferred me right to the idiots at the apartments how dumb don t waste your time calling this number.

These jokers bought Lakes at Lincoln in Greensboro, NC this year. Every time it rains, my apartment floods. There is mold everywhere. They refuse to transfer me. The property manager is an idiot. Stay away from any property this company owns.

This property can care less about your needs..they only care about your monthly rent. I have been told after living here almost 3 yrs..I was on the list for updates..needless to say I have had to hire a professional carpet cleaner bc they told me they would provide 1 and fix the problem but yet to this day do the actually fix anything..no..I had someone staying here the last time they said they would be doing an inspection and changing the filters and nobody showed up..I'm tired off paying these fees to live her and it's a joke to your staff
