I went for fibroscopy with general anesthesia. Level administration, they did not have my record of the anesthetist (lost file), I had to call twice the day before to know the time when I had to introduce myself .. a little bazaar. By cons all care was perfect, a young team, funny and good-humored took care of me, I came out delighted.
Dr. Knezevitch is very pro and very attentive to the "human" part of his job, I highly recommend it.

Great lady at front desk who helps so many people so quickly & clearly with a huge smile on her face.
Other lady at the front desk in the back wasn't so nice but its ok, she was busy as well. It's pretty well organized knowing the amount of people they need to see.
Dr Tallineau is a great orthopedic surgeon and tries to avoid unnecessary surgeries.
Prices seem descent for a private organization.
Definitely recommend

So with my crutches + travel bag I head to the famous offices, I talk to a lady in her thirties explaining to her that it's been an hour that I wait for my number can not display at the screen and I have my taxi waiting! This one responds with contempt that she called me orally and that I did not come
I explain to him again that I am sitting in front of the TV and next to the ticket machine and that it does not make sense that the 808 and 810 are displayed and not the 809! This one tells me bah try you next my colleague will come! I decide to sit down and explain to him that I do not understand his way of doing things and his employee towards me and ask him to lower your tone immediately! This continues by telling me you want my name too (something she did not dare to do, but easy to find with the day and the hour) I asked her to stop immediately because I found it dramatic to suffer this kind of behavior and that it was not me who was wrong !!!!

In addition, I wanted to point out the lack of pain management for patients by some caregivers on the 1st floor on Friday late afternoon!
A certain caregiver (of eastern origin given his accent) who had to finish his service at the end of the day did not give any instructions to his colleagues I stayed more 1:30 in pain when leaving operation crying in my room alone while waiting for my next call and the new team arrive!
It is lamentable for a private clinic!

From making an appointment with a secretary two weeks ago, through consultation with the anesthetist a week before surgery and finally gastric fribroscopy with DR Neveu on October 12, everything was nickel.

Day of the intervention appointment at 9:40 am: I arrive at the clinic, fasting for 6 hours. The Endoscopy service is located on the 7th floor. Warm welcome, welcome room filled (it was 9 am), I am called around 9:50, I go to a room to change me, blouse, charlotte etc etc, you have a locker with a key. I wait 10 minutes and then I went to the intervention room. I wake up 30 minutes later in the recovery room, 10 minutes later I'm taken back to the first room to put my clothes on. I then head to the snack room for a complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate milk) bread, butter and jam. After 15 minutes of waiting, result of the doctor.

I arrived at 9:00, I left at 11:30, very satisfied.

1) I wanted to modify a date of appointment for a fibroscopy by telephone and they were not even able to find the date from the name and surname
2) After the fibroscopy the first thing that the doctor asked us (knzevich not to mention the name) is a check for his fees. In addition, he had to be held back to ask him questions because he was in a hurry to leave.
3) The biopsy results are supposed to arrive between 15 and 20 days according to the dr, but 1 month later I do not receive anything suddenly I call them, they tell me that they will send it to me by email. 3 days later, still nothing. Finally they sent it directly to the general practitioner but I still had to call them a third time to get this information.

Very good reception from the young lady to the reception through the nurses, the medical staff in the operating room, to the cleaning lady.
I was delighted, a very good experience for my which gives a little hope in this France.
ps: I forgot, the premises are in good condition and hygiene seems to me just as correct.

I went one day in August for a hemorrhagic cystitis crisis and I was very badly received by the lady of the desk who first said that my doctor was on vacation (quite normal thing) and after, when I asked to see any doctor for emergency, laughing she answered "there is nobody, in August all the world is on vacation, you go to the hospital ".

2.- You have an appointment with a stomatologist for a dental problem and he offers to give you a colleague's card for an operation of cosmetic surgery ... (exactly a sleeve or gastrectomy to lose pea, nothing to see with your dental problem).
3.- Know that you will pay the consultation pre-anesthesia plus the exceeding of the fees of the anesthetist for the operation BEFORE being received by the anesthesiologist and even to be operated! At the Mont-Louis clinic, you pay before being treated!

I therefore confirm that we had a very bad experience during the last hospitalization of my grandmother aged 89 years in the geriatric ward (while previous hospitalizations had gone rather well). Premature discharge when she was not treated, diagnostic error (although they claim the opposite) which was later confirmed by two doctors and a radiologist. They even had the courage to talk about "palliative care" supposedly to protect it from a future therapeutic relentlessness. In short, today, she is doing perfectly well. No new hospitalization since last December. No new false route or pulmonary infection ... like what ... you have to take but mostly leave (a lot).

I had wisdom teeth operated on by Dr Poirier, whom I saw 2 minutes ago for my consultation with him and who spoke directly to me about the excess of fees of 400 !!!

I was taken care of, one week ago, in the ambulatory service:
1) When I arrived in the service they were ALL on their phone, I waited for a caregiver to please detach himself from his mobile to settle me in the room.
2) Failure to respect my privacy: a caregiver installs a patient in front of my chair while I was shirtless (and she saw it)!
3) I ring the bell, and a caregiver enters the room, stops the bell and leaves the room without responding to my request. So I RE-ring, the same carer comes back and makes me understand that I annoy her (to speak correctly), responds badly, aggressively, without taking my request into account.
I have never seen that, it is unacceptable to see a caregiver who does this, we already do not want to have an operation, we are anxious, and these so-called professionals, make the situation worse.
Myself nurse, I find it shameful!
The only reason to go to this clinic is only for surgeons.

Very well received. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are available to deal with any patient concerns. I recommend in particular for emergency cases where we are very well oriented and received fairly quickly. The only downside is having to wait until daylight for emergency consultations, but it's still very good.

A big thank you to Dr. Fahed, has all his team who operated on me of a multiple fracture of the calcaneus with depression of the articular area: A calcaneus dislocated in 10 "big ends" + a multitude of fragments. (Inoperable according to other surgeons, at the risk of doing worse ...)

1 work of goldsmith since after 3 months the articular surface under astragalienne is well reconstituted, I find a good mobility of the ankle: in flexion I have not lost anything, my ankle is mobile in pronation and supination, in extension I still lost fifteen degrees but I'm only at the beginning of my rehabilitation!
I begin, after agreement of the doctor, to walk without crutches, I admit after 3 months of immobilization it is more comfortable and reassuring with a cane :).

Thank you to my dancer friends for recommending me this clinic which seems, at least for the foot, to be one of the best of Paris.

Note also that appointment times have been respected in all services: no waiting, that the telephone reception is very effective.
The taking of rd-v on set consultations, complementary examinations or control are organized for which everything is linked with the minimum of waiting and displacement for the patient.
The reception in room very attentive and pro, finally the treatment of pain very well followed.

In short, I highly recommend this clinic for me for foot surgery. it's a no-fault, even the food ....

I wanted to go to the bathroom. An employee refused to help me and told me to go there myself even though I was very weak.
She spoke to me with a very unpleasant and aggressive attitude and violently pulled the IV away from me. While going to the toilet, I notice on the floor more and more of my blood which flows intensively. I was informed that she had forgotten to close the conduit in my vein for me. I almost fell in apples. No excuses. No care and no kindness to patients who are vulnerable after an operation. The worst part is that I wrote to the clinic management and never received a response from them.
