Poor autopsy work forcing us to contract another clinical lab.
Failure to detect heart tissue abnormality in autopsy. Damage to heart tissue samples preventing the other lab from conducting further test in order to find closure to our son s death.
Poor communications, refusal to answer questions by the Pathologist supported by the lab Director of Operations. The Director of Operations did not even bother to talk to us.
