Interviewed for a job here. I'm a NPA certified phlebotomist with a MA background. I was one of the top students in my class with a 98 average. I was given a keyboarding test ( it was so random they didn't even tell me this until I got there) the woman who conducted the interview ( don't remember her name - was an older lady like mid 50's or a bit older) she had such a horrible demeanor and was so nasty to me ( she hovered over me like a hawk as I took keyboarding test making me so nervous) I didn't get hired because I only typed like 35 wpm they where looking for a hire speed ( instead of looking at knowledge and skill they judged me on my typing skills( so ridiculous!) a how the lady continued to be so nasty to me. They should encourage - not tear down! That lady really seemed miserable with issues and she was taking it out on me
