About ClickInterview
Clickinterview is a mobile video application that enables employers and recruiters to invite mass amounts of job candidates for interviews instead of applying for jobs.
Recruiters have to paste sets of email addresses into the web app to invite potential job candidates to interview for positions. Job candidates can use their mobile devices to record video answers to interview questions. The video clip answers are then sent back to the web app for the recruiters to view and rate later.
Job applicants benefit by taking the interview on their own schedule anytime, anywhere in the world. The system also opens the possibility for hiring remote employees and allowing the recruiters to rate top candidates in record time.
Clickinterview was launched in May 2012.
