Cool vibe free before a certain time but didn't play a variety of music even when dance floor is dead plays only easy he wanted to hear

Best place to stay on south beach, even got to see Dan and Papi

I didn't stay at the hotel. I was only in town for the super bowl visited and got food, my wings were good but extremely overpriced. Gratuity is also added into the bill without you being told so be careful when ordering.

Not my first time going, but I noticed the prices for mixed drinks skyrocketed. $16 for mixed drink in a small, plastic cup. Other than the ridiculous prices, the atmosphere is second to none in comparison with other establishments on SOBE.

Very touristy with expensive drinks, but if that's your vibe, I have no issues with it. Fun, clean place, with a good staff, but just not my taste in venues.

Ate outside on Ocean Drive, got a mojito and the clevelander burger. Food was fantastic! Just wish the server mentioned that the drink was not part of the happy hour. Would definitely recommend

The rude security put me out and I am a guest. Management is a mess on weekends. Get a better hotel

Smaller room than expected; sheets were stained (even when I asked for new sheets/comforter) they still had stains on them and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the bed; only 1 trash can in the room and it's the one in the bathroom; cannot get through to housekeeping or guest services when calling from your room; these issues are just to name a few but to sum it all up, I will NOT be returning to this hotel

2 night stay at the hotel. Everything was very nice, the workers are fun and they treat you well. The only thing that I did not like was that the bathroom doors in the room are like half transparent, you can see when one goes to the bathroom by means of the siluheto of the body. He was a bit embarrassed when one tended to go to the bathroom because there were both sexes in the room.

Staff was attentive and the atmosphere was cool. Had a good time.

Arrived to the place and our room was not ready. We have been told to wait, after that we have been told that what we had reserved, was not available anymore and offered other options. We requested a refund and booked somewhere else

The rooms are small, I feel it is way overprized and not a very good value.

Dope spot to check out if you have a visit South Beach you get in easy you enjoy your time and drinks and reasonably price and the atmosphere is amazing!

Um no bs. This is the best place in South Beach! Food, drinks, the girls dancing... wow. I come here all the time and I love it!!!

Food: We went to eat outside at their restaurant. I didn t like the way the waitress treated us. I sure forgot to take her name down. It was a skinny blonde lady. She claimed she was new.. She was rushing and ready to go. It was a hot mess when it came to her giving on the bill. It s like she didn t know what she was doing. Horrible. The food took forever to come (at least 30 minutes) and all I had ordered was a burger. She didn t seem to care about it either.

Overall, good hotel.

Clevelander's turned out to be our pre-game spot every day of this trip. They were always crowded and they have awesome food specials! The crab legs were fresh, but slightly overcooked (still tasted great just hard to extract from the shell lol). The shrimp cocktail was delicious though! And The fact that this place has live entertainment during the day is real plus. The had a live DJ (that's really engaging), contents, girls on stilts, and a body paint fashion show. I was a little disappointed when they ran out of personalized hats, but the MGR was accommodating enough to comp us a free drink for our troubles. The pitches we had the first day were a little weak, but the rest of the drinks were fine. As I mentioned...everyone needs to try their frozen margarita! Spend the extra $2 and make it a double.

I and my friends stayed at this hotel for three days. The services and rooms were not that great for the price we paid for but eventually it was ok. The best thing of this place is the party which makes the atmosphere exciting. Although the crowd is completely unexpectable, sometime very few sometime too much. Drinks are pretty much pricey than the neighbour clubs but time gets killed very quick with fun environment. Definetly recommended for bachelors.

They don't put enough or at all alcohol in your drinks.

Best Frozen Drinks on Miami Beach. Every time on Miami, I will make it a mission to come to this place. You will not be disappointed.

Staff is amazing, room was nice and clean, restaurants and bars are fun, ocean view in the room was the perfect way to wake up. I can't see myself staying anywhere else in South Beach

The rooms were clean, decent sized and had nice style. I would probably rate the hotel itself a 4 star - there are no mini-fridges, the walls are pretty thin and I was by an elevator and could hear everything, and my room was facing the back of a building. No big deal though - and here's why : Room service was amazing, great food and super fast. More importantly though, I booked this room because I had an 8am meeting in Miami and I live 2 hours away. I woke up at 6am, checked out of the hotel, got to my meeting (walking distance and it was terribly rainy weather) and it was rescheduled for 11am. I went back to the hotel to get my bags they were holding and get my car from valet and told the woman at the front desk what had happened. She was able to re-check me into my room so instead of driving around aimlessly in the rain in Miami, I was able to relax, watch TV and get some much needed extra rest. Customer service all around was exceptional which definitely makes up for the tiny things about the room.

It was no microwave no refrigerator in the rooms... it wasnt even 1 in the lobby...they rooms were soo small.... butt their housekeeping was excellent... the food was good just wasn't enough food for the price ....I personally wouldn't stay there if I come back to miami

Beautiful location ..... full of TV broadcasting matches of Football baseball and basketball .... pretty much the sports realm where to drink and eat. We made breakfast during our stay and I must say that I expected a bit more but the quality is good friendly staff.

Great venue to have a drink or a quick bite before hitting the rest of SOBE. I'd definitely recommend this place on a Friday or Saturday night as they usually have a decent crowd and a nice view of Ocean Ave. This is an outdoors venue so if there bad weather on the forecast you want to keep that in mind. Hope everyone has a great experience if they get to check this venue out.

Looks like more fun from the outside but once ur in, it's not even as much fun as walking down OceanDrive

Amazing fun when we visited for football had a blast!! So fun!

Great place to hangout and watch football games and stay late for the nightlife.

This place is awesome. Great food and drinks. Went to watch the Dolphins @ Ravens game. The Ravena were blowing the Dolphins out, and even with out Ravens gear on, we felt welcome by everyone there. Staff is courteous. Their card machine was down when we were trying to pay, so I had to get out cash from their ATM (and pay a surcharge fee). But who I think was the manager or at least a supervisor of some sort came and apologized to us and gave us free drinks. He was prepared to give us another round on the house too for the inconvenience. Next time I'm in Miami, I will definitely come back to the Clevelander.

The view from the room we had was beautiful! Latoya was awesome and helped us find our room which was not easy to find. Would stay here again.

The pool area is super funky! It's worth checking the schedule on their website!

Decent food. The crab legs were delicious. Super fun and entertaining atmosphere. Pool party. They have live bands, but the DJ was spinning on my last visit there. It's across from the beach. Prices are high. But, they are high on South Beach anywhere you go. Take a Lyft or Uber. No parking. Traffic is too bad to drive.

Best party hotel in Miami! Best time of my life! We partied from morning to night. I loved it. Will def be back

This place was EXACTLY what I pictured when I thought of SoBe and ocean drive. Awesome music, great atmosphere and decent happy hour.

Staff was amazing!! Hotel clean. Location was the best. Will return in April for sure.
