5 stars for front desk lady. However I only suggest staying at this hotel if you want to enjoy spending money at the bar/club. No other amenities. No coffee no water no ice machines. Room was clean only sheets on the bed, no refrigerator, no microwave and slamming doors all night. Super thin walls so you can hear the "loud drunk" conversations. No tables no lamps... empty clean room. Just not a place to relax at all. They will not hold your luggage nor put a coffee pot in the lobby due to Covid?? Yet you can pile into the bar area for $20 plus dollar burgers and expensive drinks.

Really a great experience overall. Every aspect of the night was great, the wait was supposed to be able 45 minutes but they got us in after about 10, the waiting staff are knowledgeable and friendly and service trained. The food, oh wow the food was fantastic and if you leave room for dessert you simply can't go wrong with anything on they're menu. A++

Awesome bar! Great music, atmosphere and vibe. Came from Houston to Miami for Labor Day weekend. First time here drinks are reasonably priced. The music is very millennial like. Definitely will be coming back. Sadly the rain came down and we left. The promoter came up to us and welcomed us to Miami. loved the atmosphere let s go Houston !

The staff is excellent smiles and provide great services. Negative is they force you to watch TV at their bar areas nothing/minimal available in the room when your relaxing. Rooms comfortable...if you want to rest do not get pool view as music and lighting until midnight or later on weekend...It is truly a party hotel...No complaints about that.

This place seems to always be hopping! I went for a Halloween party and it was awesome. Drink prices are reasonable, bartenders are friendly and on top of thier drinks. Music was non-stop! Also a great location in Southbeach if your staying at the hotel.

Went here for a pool party and karaoke night. No vegan options and drink prices are very high. They automatically charge gratuity and resort fees.

Karaoke night was fun because there wasn't a long wait to sing but the audience is far from the stage so audience interaction is harder.

Last time I was in Clevelander was in 2004, so I was excited that this place is still open and seems to be popular. We went there on a Friday night. There was $10 cover fee for guys. We got 2 drinks, a Hurricane and Moscow Mule. Cost us $50. Unfortunately the drinks felt watered down and they were way too sweet. We moved over to the dance floor and the dj started good with some 03', 04' oldies, had everyone jumping around, then the music got progressively worse. As a DJ if you see the whole dance floor stand still, wouldn't you change the tunes??? We left after less than an hour. Either have good drinks or better music Clevelander. Still not a bad place to hang out. It's definitely worth visiting at least once, as it's such an iconic place on Ocean Dr. On Saturday night South Beach gets really busy and the cover fee was $20 for the guys.

The rating is for the location and the friendliness of the staff, specifically Dan. Not the rooms(more on that later). If you are looking to be in the middle of all that South Beach has to offer, this is the place to be. Across the street from the beach and next to good restaurants and bars. The food down at the pool bar is surprisingly good as well. However the rooms are small and not fitted with the amenities one is used to. The rooms are basically a square with a small shower and restroom. We weren't in the room long enough to care though as we were there to hit the streets and not relax in the room. But to those that are, just be aware.

Stopped in for a drink. Pretty pricey $55 for a pitcher of mojitos. But it was really good. The girls outfits are pretty much like a Hooters uniform. Directly across the street from Miami Beach. Worth a stop if you're in the area visiting.
