ZERO STARS - This is hands down the most INCOMPETENT clerical system in the entire United States! Not even their website works! God help you if you are ever subjected to this court system. These people should be barred from hearing cases until they can at they can at the very least effect proper notice of hearings and join the 21st century with an operational website! This rating system makes you click a star but this clerks office does not even deserve a negative star!

Nothing nice to say about this place. Quick fact. Once you get into the system it is very hard to get out. From traffic violation to low level felonies. My goal is to get as far as I can from the USA. Unless they reform the entire criminal justice system

Due to the fact this is a large municipal court, navigating through the court system can be difficult. After working in this court for many years as a criminal defense attorney, I have been able to help many clients gain favorable results and to simplify their interaction with this court. I have found there are many helpful individuals working within this court once you become familiar with them.

I couldn t find my ticket online for almost 2 weeks. I called and was on hold for about 10 minutes before being helped by a rude woman. I come to find out that I have to add an A to the end of my ticket number to see it online, which I told her I didn t see those instructions anywhere and couldn t find the ticket by my name either, and she said well it s there, they probably spelled your name wrong .

I went back online and found my ticket and saw that they entered my name incorrectly as well as my address.

I was already upset enough that I got a ticket to begin with, and having to deal with a rude worker was not a great way to start my day.

I was given a traffic ticket for rolling a stop sign and told that if I paid before my court date I wouldn't have to worry about court costs. Unfortunately, their online system was down for a full week so I couldn't pay my ticket or call off work for my date so I was assessed $141 in court costs on a fifty dollar ticket. I called two minutes after the court opened, was put on hold for over twenty minutes then was told that no matter what I have to pay court costs but if I had a problem with that I could reappear in court to contest my ticket and accrue another $141 in court costs. Every single aspect of this experience was infuriating and disappointing.

Some felons are employed there some of which will never be charged because they are officers of the court. They have created charges that don't apply but they still bill for it. They are protecting a drug dealing snitch, a prostitute who works around kids and a creep who is tied to them both. They have political ties to influential people. Many employees responses is "You can't prove it" My response is I can. I want to sell my case information to prove that a few judges who work there committed felonies - falsified legal documents and transcripts with their court reporter. Then made me pay for it. The credibility of some of these people and their ability to do their jobs is a disgrace. The immunity Impunity clauses should be abolished. This will end the corruption that is seemingly brewing at the Justice Center and the Old Court House. There are many felons wearing robes, badges and suits who work there there are many people who are good and passionate about their work but equally there are many people who are the exact opposite and all that they see is green. This is not a attack with malicious intent but if the law says omitting information of given false testimony or falsifying information is a felony then on that along I have encountered several felons who haven't nor will ever be charged but they do wear robes and they lied their asses off on legal documents and in person - they don't like scrutiny but they don't mind dishing it out. I want to sell my case information to prove them to be felons. The Office of Supreme Counsel protect their own - hardly ever do they discipline officers of the court who clearly have the attitude and mindset that they can do as they please and they are proving it .... it doesn't stop people from noticing what they are doing. What I am saying is a fact and a fact isn't slander but their alternative facts that they put on paper is
