I was there for a meeting, but hotel was under renovation. The organizer was noticably upset that he was never informed. I didn't care, but it's just common courtesy to disclose that sort of thing.

Staff was friendly, the place was so clean. Went during Covid and they had everything shining. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I couldn't comment on ammenities because they were closed due to the pandemic.

I attended Today's Bride Bridal Show. The service from the hotel staff was amazing. They were very friendly and they were able to help with information regarding the event. The ballroom is amazing and huge!!! I was very impressed with the quality of the event at the hotel and the hotel itself.

I attended the Marriott Hotel in Cleveland(Cleveland Marriott East) back in July and everything was cool until my room was cleaned. I go to the bathroom and I found a bed bug crawling on the floor towel that we laid out. Now, I always take huge precautions when I check into a hotel. I always have dryer sheets in my bags and I spray the bed down with alcohol. So, when I found the bug I made sure I notified the front desk and spoke with Michelle Ritz. She took my information down and I was told that I would be contacted in 3-4 weeks. I still didn't receive a callback. I have contacted the corporate office numerous times and all they gave me was a case number and promise that I will get a callback but I still keep getting the run around. I have called the last time today and left a message with the general manager at the hotel in Cleveland. I have done my due diligence and I still haven't been accommodated for this issue. I am unhappy about how this company has been pushing this situation to the side. I wanted to be civil and handle all of this with the company but they want to brush it off like it's not a problem. They put me at risk of bringing the bugs back to where I live. Here is the picture and a small video of the bed bug crawling on the towel.

I went to Cleveland with my husband who had a performance at another venue on NYE. The hotel was reserved by the promoter for us. Once I arrived and explained the situation and considering how cold it was outside the front desk lady was more than happy to get me into the room. She was intercepted by a manager who was adamant about not letting me in and was fine with me sitting in the lobby for 3 hours until my husband's plane landed. (Incidentally it was 6 hours because his plane was delayed again) We did get the promoter to add my name to the reservation and the manager would not check the reservation until my second request to check it again after hour and a half. The manager made me give her a credit card before she would let me into the room. They then put the whole charge for the hotel on my card and not on the card for the promoter who the hotel was reserved and paid for under. I called the hotel and so did the promoter and they would not reverse the charges so they got paid twice for the same room.

The rooms were nice and so was the hotel but the customer service did not match. Oh and the bartender Mike was awesome I needed a drink after all the issues they gave me at the front desk.

This place has a lot of potential. It's always very busy. The real issue is that it simply doesn't feel clean. The hallways are always dirty. The rooms don't appear to be cleaned well. I stay here very regularly and it never seems to get better. There are issues with the room being properly stocked on longer visits.

The conference went very well. The staff and room was well prepared and was accommodating to all special needs. Lunches were pretty good. Only unpleasant component was the sound of the blender at Starbucks coming through the wall during our discussions.

$130 a night money well spent place was very clean and the staff was very accommodating have a few cool features had access to a room that was fully stocked of food that was pretty cool pretty decent workout room with a lot of amenities

I can't explain the staff professionalism and courtesy we experienced for a whole week. Our family had 5 rooms for over week. So we feel. We got to know just about everyone. Super friendly is the understatement of the year. Clean newer rooms. Excellent location from Cleveland clinic without downtown parking fees and a full service Marriott to boot. This hotel single Handley made our ordeal with Cleveland clinic family surgery procedures better for us.

I was in Cleveland on business for a total of 10 weeks and stayed at the Cleveland Marriott East for 8 of those weeks and it was AMAZING!! The only reason I didn't stay the last 2 weeks of my trip was because the hotel was sold out :( For the last 2 weeks of my trip I stayed at another Marriott property in the area but still came to the River City Grill (inside the Marriott Cleveland East) every night! Every SINGLE person from the front desk personnel to the maintenance people, housekeepers, kitchen staff and bartenders work very hard to ensure that you have a world-class experience. They are kind and welcoming and ALWAYS remember your favorite drink (Michael )! I ate dinner at the River City Grill every single night and ordered a salad to go for lunch-it was perfect every time. Every SINGLE dish I ordered was delicious! (THANK YOU, Ricky!!) I won't stay anywhere else when I am in Cleveland-it is the best experience I have ever had at a hotel!

Beautiful hotel with immaculate rooms. I was upgraded to a king suite and it was a top notch room. I don't know about anyone else but the quality of the mattresses and pillows in hotels is important to me and I would definitely give their pillows 5+ stars!! In fact I would consider buying them that's how much I liked them. They had plenty of gathering space for the convention attendee's and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A tad pricey but worth it.

The pool wasn't treated properly, so we didn't feel comfortable putting our kids in it. Also, the wifi didn't allow us to login for free access, and actually tricked us until subscribing for the paid service. When we checked out, my wife had to argue with the manager to make it right. However, the room was clean, and the TV was great.

Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent customer service. Only complaint is that there where a mix up in my reservation. I reserved on Priceline but the hotel charge my credit card for the whole stay as well. There worked hard to clear it up but it was a major inconvenience.

My son and his fiance had come to visit Cleveland they stay at the Marriott when I arrived I was greeted my friendly guest members they gave me perfect information two different vineyards to visit I had a wonderful time there what's my family.

Not the first time.. but for the fourth time in two month..
No refills of coffee, sugar and creamer..
No refills of toiletries.. no kidding..
Nobody responds to app request or chats..
Unresponsive front desk..
They screwup the resevation once.. One of them said there is no availability.. other said they will give a call back.,
And when i book at the other hotel, they send a confirmation number for the booking they said unavailable

No coffee, buffet absolutely horrible, if you want WiFi $6.95 a night. Extra added on charges. Vending machines were mostly empty and outrageously expensive.

The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because of the employees. They were all extremely helpful and polite. (Except the front desk. They were snobby and aloof) last stay here for me

Had a great time with our group but bathroom in our room had the last people's shampoo and razor cap left for us NASTY DID THEY FORGET TO CLEAN IT? WHAT ELSE DID THEY NOT CLEAN???? Pool (TINY) had no towels no Hot Tub.
