I went to Cleveland with my husband who had a performance at another venue on NYE. The hotel was reserved by the promoter for us. Once I arrived and explained the situation and considering how cold it was outside the front desk lady was more than happy to get me into the room. She was intercepted by a manager who was adamant about not letting me in and was fine with me sitting in the lobby for 3 hours until my husband's plane landed. (Incidentally it was 6 hours because his plane was delayed again) We did get the promoter to add my name to the reservation and the manager would not check the reservation until my second request to check it again after hour and a half. The manager made me give her a credit card before she would let me into the room. They then put the whole charge for the hotel on my card and not on the card for the promoter who the hotel was reserved and paid for under. I called the hotel and so did the promoter and they would not reverse the charges so they got paid twice for the same room.

The rooms were nice and so was the hotel but the customer service did not match. Oh and the bartender Mike was awesome I needed a drink after all the issues they gave me at the front desk.
