Terrible. Ordered three t-shirts, all sized XXL. One of them fit perfectly like I would expect. The other two were skin-tight. Clearly, they were not XXL. I submitted a return and had to pay for return shipping. That's fine, not happy about that, but ok. What really angered me was the bogus 'restocking fee' of almost $6. They lost a customer for life over $6.
