Had a good time here with my son. I was extremely impressed with the security here, however some of the staff were not helpful. While I was trying rent a locker I was unaware of how to do this and the man working over there was to preoccupied with himself, wasn't helpful at all and a little rude, the woman at the front was extremely helpful and nice when we were coming in but was definitely overworked and I'm quite sure underpaid. Food was a little high, bathrooms could have been cleaner too. But we have been coming here for years, it's nostalgic. it's not my personal preference but it is not far and the location is good. We always enjoy the wave pool.. that is the best part of coming here. The lazy river is to disorganized and was hard to get a float. People were pushing and rude... It really needs to be monitored better.

Had a great time there. But sometimes the employees at the gate have attitudes. And the disrespect that they sometimes give to the elderly I don't approve of. But other than that it's a great place to go with the children. And also there is times where some of the employees look like they're high and that's really inappropriate. And there was times where I seen two to three girls that work there not doing their job and sitting up there making front of customers that are coming in. I made a comment to the ladies about what they were doing. An the one girl told me to f off. And then when I ask to speak to a manager. She then told me to go look for the manager myself. So that day me and my seven guest just left. I'm not saying I should be treated with royalty. But I feel as though if you're being inappropriate and someone address it. That you should not be disrespectful to them. I also feel as though that they should have at least two managers by the front gate. So stuff like this does not happen. I've been coming to that Park since I was 7 years old. I am now 34yrs old. I haven't been there lately because of that one incident. And that was 3 years ago. I did try to make an attempt to go this year. But I turned away when I witnessed a teller being very ignorant and rude to a customer. That customer didn't quite understand the discount that you guys were having. And I feel as though that you should respect your elders. I understand old people can be difficult at times. But that does not give you the right to down talk them. An when I tried to intervene. The girl that was working the window looked at me with disgust an attitude. So instead of making it into a big argument I just left. Cuz I'm not going to lie if that was my grandmother. And somebody was talking and treating her like that. I would definitely have curse that girl out. But like I said before. I'm 34yrs. old an I'm adult. So wit that I just left.

Outstanding value and such a well managed park. Granted, it was a weekday and crowds were down, but I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the facilities, attentive life guards, and comfortable seating areas. Food was good and it wasn't outlandishly priced. The water activities were clean, in good repair, and clearly designed with safe, engaging fun for kids in mind. Bravo to the management, staff, and owners who recognize what families need in affordable, healthy, outdoor fun.

Great place for our 5 and 8 year old grandkids regarding the rides and splash park but why they only hire people to work the rides that clearly hate their jobs and children is beyond me. They should have manager go undercover with a child to see them action.

I enjoy clementon park, it's not really big and it's not far. it's more like a family owned place, which i like. the people there are friendly, the food is overpriced though (like every place)

The food was good but the staff was very rude. I took my 9 year old on a water ride and at the end he fell off the tube. He was disoriented and the staff on the ride went up in his face and yelled hurry up and get out the water. I was furious. I lost it and told the staff off. I will never visit this place again.

Considering I paid $21 a person, using Groupon, I guess I can't complain. If I paid full price, I'd be upset. Half the rides didn't work. I was there from 12:00 - 3:30 and did everything there was to do. On the way out, my kids wanted funnel cake so I had to stand in line for 20 minutes while the three teenage employees made one order at a time. Haven't been in over twenty years, definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

It's basically a public pool with some rides. Lifeguards are very cautious and attentive. Security as well. Overpriced food with very slow service. Food staff is not familiar with food packages or prices. Too many mistakes makes the line and wait longer

I grew up going to the amusement park and moved away so I haven't been back since visiting family with my kids this year. The water park is an amazing addition to the rides, my kids and family all had a blast.

Good small park for all ages. This will be my 3rd summer getting season passes. Its not Dorney Park but they have something for everyone. They have a small waterpark with some water slides and a cool wave pool. They have rides for little ones and some for the bigger kids. The pizza was mediocre but the food is okay in general. They have a picnic area we normally pack lunch and eat at. Parking is easy and normally not too packed. Not sure what the people with the bad reviews were expecting exactly but my family enjoys Clementon Park.

Park really has gone down hill the past few years. Not purchasing the season passes for my family this year, nope. This park needs a major overhaul.. paint at least! Broken light bulbs on rides, overpriced items for consumption, too many rides closed on our visits last season.. dead fish by the lake... nope.. not this year

I had been going to Clementon Park for over 20 yea...

I had been going to Clementon Park for over 20 years and found it a great place to spend a day with family. Unlike Six Flags and other local amusements parks, Clementon had picnic areas and allowed you to bring in coolers, picnic baskets, and they provided grills at no extra charge. It's not a large park, but that's what was so charming about it...Parents and grandparents could find a nice spot in the shade and let the kids/grand-kids go off and ride without fear of them getting lost, etc.

Since adding the wave pool to the park, many things have changed dramatically. You now have to pay for parking($10), when for the past 20+ years it was free. I don't mind that so much, but now you cannot bring in coolers?! You have to either pay an extra $14.99 for a max group of 6 people or you have to have purchased a group rate for 20+ people 2 weeks in advance.

The park is now way too crowded/congested, not as clean as it once was, and is too expensive to be worth the small amount of rides that they do have. Instead of keeping that old Clementon Park charm, they seem to be going in a completely different direction. A direction that, unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting to witness.

It's not the nicest... it's old, run down, and it doesn't have the most rides... but for the price you pay and the KICKASS waterpark it's all worth it. Plus the old style local charm really shows. Fun for the whole family!

I have went to CP and SW a couple times over the years and overall is a great place to take the kids especially for the price. The water park is great and the dry rides are just extra. I mean $50 for a season pass to a great water park all summer, compare that to a $400 membership to the local pool no thank you I'll take the fun water rides all day every day

We had arrived and purchased 4 tickets at 5:14pm. Once we had arrived after paying $10 for parking, $5 for a locker, $15 for each ticket, 25 minutes later park closed all the rides due to the weather changing. We waited at guest services in the rain for an additional 35 minutes and told us that we had to wait either 90 minutes or until managment to decide whether or not the park will open again or give us a rain check.
This was not proper customer service because if I bought tickets at the front gate and turn away and decide to change my mind and go home, they would told me the same thing to wait?

They did not tell me its nonrefundable or no rain checks before I purchased the tickets. After I give my money, I had to read on the receipt it is no refunds.

We wasted our money and time to get nothing in return or appreciation for our services.

My friend has a seasons pass and she's able to take my son & I for free. Plus they have a deal with the games. At first services pay $20 for 9 game passes. Cheaper then paying $3 to $5 a game

Nice nice park! The rides are an added treat. Price is very reasonable. Just too much riff raff there which is why we no longer visit. People act too darn Ghetto, moving your belongings, sitting in your seat, cutting lines. It's not the park management's fault and I'm not sure if anything can be done. They do eject line cutters if caught
