Clearlake dodge made my first time financing a car very easy. They gave me a great offer for my trade and worked out a great deal on a new charger for me. My payment was exactly what I wanted. My sales rep. Amber was great she understood all my needs and wants with the car and helped me pick out the perfect one. When the time comes for a new car I will only go to Amber and will recommend her to everybody!
Paid for the Advantage package which includes old change, tire rotation, and inspection of vehicle.
Tired were not rotated. Sloppy work with oil spilt all over and ended up all over my truck, came home without them even mentioning my turn signal was out which by the way was out before I got there. I just expected since the "inspect" they'd mention it.
I have 1 old change left. In the past they've forgotten to put the top back on.

This dealership is one of the best ones I have ever been to. My fiance and I was determined to get a vehicle. We were looking at a used little jeep we loved but we decided a newer jeep renegade would meet our needs more. Mr. Eugene Owens showed us around the lots and was very helpful. He worked with us with the most respect. I will be doing business here again in the future just because of him. He deserves a big raise!
After my friends bought a brand new 2021 jeep, that afternoon the check engine light turned on. It ran like it was out off gas.. something about the fuel pump? They had to wait over a week to get their jeep back which was full of mud. Yet it was detailed when they drove it off the lot. In the meantime the dealership gave them a rental. There was a lack of communication between my friends and management.
It sucks to buy a brand new vehicle for the check engine light to come on the first day and getting it back dirty over a week later. Don't think they'll be doing much business with them again.
Update. Four months after purchasing this vehicle I found a dealer installed tracking device. During the purchase they tried to sell me this product and market it as a GPS in order to control your children if they get out of control driving. For those that don t know,It s a marketing tool they use to send you emails for oil change and other service. It also helps them recover vehicles from deadbeats. However I declined to have this installed on my vehicle. During another routine service we found the GPS monitoring device installed and attached to the assembly line data link. Maybe I should call the general manager and ask if they would like to purchase it back at a reasonably discounted price. What a joke this place is.
They replaced the Brakes and outer tie rod ends. Not even one week later the brake pad retaining pin backed out , luckily I caught it before a disaster happened and repaired it myself(My son was in the Vehicle). While making the repair in my driveway at 9:00pm I also noticed cotter pins had not been put in the castle nuts on the tie rods. Two very potentially deadly mistakes in one repair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
Excellent service from beginning to end. Although I arrived to purchase a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee I left with a 2021! I shopped around 5 dealerships and they beat everyone s rates. Eugene Owens is the best, he literally worked a great deal for me and went above and beyond. I m 100% pleased with my purchase & service.
The customer service was excellent. Everyone was nice and friendly and very helpful. Jacob Murillo was amazing. I went in not holding my breath about leaving with a car. Jacob asked me what I was looking for I told him what I was looking for. They had exactly what I've been looking for Jacob brought it over I test drove it. I said let's see these numbers. To my surprise I drove out of there in a car that I have been looking for. If you need anything hit up Jacob he will get you taken care of.
