Our experience had been LESS THAN AVERAGE WITH Advanta. We placed our order in plenty of tome for our carpenter to install our cabinets and then the countertops to be templated. When the truck arrived to deliver the cabinets the order had not been put on the truck in the correct order so we didn t get our cabinets. The truck had to go 12 hours away, unload the order in front of ours and then bring our cabinets back. When the cabinets arrived about 1/2 were either damaged or missing. The communication with their representative, Tracy, has been very spotty. Here we are over 2 weeks later with still NO delivery date in sight. The communication and desire to fix this is very questionable at this point.
Your employee Rich Goss made some racist remarks towards black people using words like chicken grease and EBT cards smh.
Is this what you promote at your company?
I had a awesome working experience here. Everyone around you works as a team. #1 Material.
For truckers:
Very friendly people and limited overnight parking available.
Incredibly tough to get ahold of the staff here for orders. Communication dating back weeks with no response -- empty promises.
Worked there and right before my 90 days were up, I got let go cause they lost a contract and the work is so boring and repetitive. And the cabinets are junk, bought better ones from Lowe's.
Happy with the quality of the product so far. Thank you for going to dovetail drawers.
For preloaded trailers. (1) Drop your empty trailer at the top of the hill. (2) verify and sign your BOL in the shipping office. When you walk in the look to the right on the wall are company names. Find your company and paperwork in the sleeve. Sign a copy. There should be 3 copies. Take your 2. Leave your signed copy in the one marked "Signed BOL". (3) Your loaded trailer should be in a door or across the street in the dirt lot. Verify your stops with the paperwork in the rear of trailer. There will also be a seal in there. Seal and go about your day.
