Never insulted anybody only the service get it strait guys! Clear Concepts has terrible customer service. Even though we have had consistant problems since having our server software set up by them they refuse to fix the issues! Can't say how bad it is but to the extent where one of the patrners/owners called me personallly and told me to call another IT service provider. Yes, ok, don't fix your mess Clear Cocepts just tell your paying customers to hit the road. Really bad company and very frustrating and upsetting to have spent money and can't get the system fixed properly. our response is BS as I asked multiple times for help without any help at all. I only told you about the bad reviews due to your lack of responses to my requests! Our system doesn't work and you've chosen to ignore our requests. I've never insulted anyone and the only threat I made was to make sure I tell as many people as possible about your lack of care towards a paying customer. I trusted your company to resolve my network and computer issues and you have basically blown us off each time. No threats except bad reviews that your company deserves. You have had ample opportunity to make things right but have decided to tell me to go somewhere else. I have all the support emails and ticket numbers to back that fact up! Your company has not looked after our needs as promissed and that is a fact! Never insulted or threatened anybody so don't lie!

Clear Concepts was incredibly helpful in upgrading our IT infrastructure. We are a small non-profit with a very limited budget, but Clear Concepts found solutions within our budget. Highly recommended. We use Clear Concepts for all our cloud products (Office 365, Email, Outlook, Teams, Telephony, etc). Clear Concepts is fantastic to work with. When we have a problem or a need, we just send an email to their support, and our problems are magically fixed! They have great communication, quick turnaround on their support tickets, and I have never been frustrated with them, which is rare in the IT world! If you want an no-hassle IT provider, go with Clear Concepts.
