Clay Crossing was a life saver for me! Great outdoor space to enjoy on a lot of acreage. The counselors here are top notch. They help you get to the root of your problems, from co-dependency, self-esteem, worth, anger management, relationships, etc. Not just how to be sober. You do a relapse prevention plan and learn the stages of relapse. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, but still stern enough to keep you in line. Food is good, most gain weight while here. I would recommend to any man looking for recovery and not just sobriety!!
I was at clay Crossing for 90 days in 2018. It was exactly what I needed to get my life back on track. Although the facilities are dated the program of recovery was outstanding. The staff was excellent and assured I had every opportunity to work my program. While at Clay Crossing, I got both group and one one one counselling, was provided with the opportunity to be exposed to many different programs and meetings and had an amazing group of men to recover with. I continue to stay in touch with the staff and some of the guys I went through the treatment program with. When i got to Clay Crossing I was totally broken. Today I am 21 months sober and have a program of recovery that I work every day. I have restored relationships with my family and have had a very successful reentry into the workforce. I can't thank the staff at Clay Crossing enough for giving me the tools I needed to live life.

I can't say enough about this place.... It LITERALLY saved my life. I went to Clay Crossing with no desire to wake up every day. I would go as far as to pray it didn't happen. After driving Kerry Bruce crazy for a week and her telling me "just get here" I finally got in the car and went.... the BEST decision I have ever made in my life!! Gave my life back over to GOD and finally let Him be in charge because my way was NOT working out! Kerry went into "momma bear" mode and welcomed me with open arms! Many people tried to get me to change my mind and go somewhere closer or cheaper, I just felt led to be at Clay Crossing! God knew where I needed to be and He made it possible for me to commit the 90 days! I thank the Lord I didn't leave at 30 or 60....or even 87.... If you make the decision to get help THIS is the place to go!!

My son received treatment at Clay Crossing for 60+ days. I paid for treatment in advanced. My son has very good insurance. Now it s 7 months later, and I m out $11K. The insurance will pay, all they need is a diagnosis, and the proper billing code. Ive called Clays Crossing probably 10 times.
