🔨✨ I recently ordered a custom-made wooden table from Classic Woodworking and overall, my experience was average. 🤷‍♀️ While the craftsmanship of the table was decent, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. 💁‍♀️ It took several days for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up to get updates on my order. 😕 Additionally, the delivery was delayed by a couple of days without any prior notice. 🚚 On the positive side, I must say that the table itself is well-made and solid. The design matches the image on their website, and it fits perfectly in my dining room. 🪑 However, for the price I paid, I expected a smoother customer experience. 😔 Though not outstanding, Classic Woodworking does provide decent products, but improvements in their responsiveness and communication are necessary for a more satisfactory shopping experience. 💼✉️🛠️
