Jade was helpful in tracking several strands of inquiry for me, and made it a comfortable experience even when I was, necessarily, put on hold (where the Bach music helps pass the time pleasantly). In fact, I have always found your respiratory therapists well informed, friendly, and efficient. First-rate operation you are running. JR P.S. After reading some of the negative reviews I am dumb-struck. None of their complaints speak to my experience. Maybe they don't like listening to Bach?

Setting up service was nice and fairly straight forward but ordering additional, replacement equipment for my CPAP machine has not been possible. I've placed multiple calls and get forwarded to a sales rep. Only the sales rep is never available and I am left with leaving a voicemail. No one has ever called me back.

Horrible!! Took them 3 months to send report to the ordering md. I refused to pay till the final report went out. Then they sent me a huge bill and they said that they are not in network with my insurance company. Ordering md had all insurance information on referral/order but no one from Classic Sleep Care mentioned they would not be billing insurance and I would be self pay!! I have worked in medical for 15+ years and never seen such poor service.
Bills insurance for products not shipped. I do not recommend getting started with this company. Customer service is transferring your call around and finally sends you to a voice mail and no one returns calls. Total scam.
The tech explained the machine and what to expect well. Very nice. The gal on the phone who called a couple days later was very helpful
Been dealing with this company since June 2012. Called 2 weeks ago, and after speaking with the outsourced operators, they said I would get a call back after a check of my insurance. It's been 3 1/2 years! They still have to check? Still waiting a call back. Total dung company...

Customer service is horrible. Sent cpap supplies after I had called to return machine. Had to call multiple times to have box sent to return machine and to get return label for supplies that should have never been sent out in the first place. Will not do business with this company again.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: If you have had a CPAP machine via Classic Sleepcare that tracks your sleep via modem, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN MONITORING YOUR INFORMATION. They claim to have had issues with AT&T 2 full years ago that prevent them from keeping Compliance Reports, and they didn't notify any of their customers. If you for whatever reason require said report, you will need to mail them your machine's SD card. This situation caused me to lose a potential job. I will be shopping around for another company to monitor my machine, but I wanted to make sure everyone possible knows; DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. EDIT: the woman I spoke to on the phone was entirely pleasant and apologized and had, as you mentioned, offered a new modem. That does not make up for the two years you failed to let your customers know you weren't tracking our info. I did NOT threaten the woman who called me. I politely thanked her for calling, but informed her I would be doing this very thing, which is letting everyone know exactly what kind of nonsense you're pulling. Don't try to deflect the conversation from your gigantic screw up. My review was ENTIRELY accurate and fair. I didn't even mention what just about every other review mentions: how much annoyance I had to go through with you folks regarding billing. So before you get all righteous and come online to refute a legitimate review, maybe you should fix your broken company. Instead of just pulling Classic Sleepcare US from social media platforms to try to hide all the awful user reviews. Don't think I didn't notice.
Got my new machine 6/12/17 and couldn't be more pleased.
The technician that came out was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and is very educated about sleep apnea. They delivered a top quality machine for my therapy, had all the different types of masks with him for me to pick from. It s super quiet and has an app that works with my phone making everything user friendly. Which is super awesome cause it tracks how many episodes I have during the night! The company has even called to check up to see if every thing was okay and to see if I need any help or questions.

If someone from classic sleep care calls you at night don't bother answering .it's a non English speaking script reading I don't even have words for whoever it is and wherever he's from his name is Levi. I doubt it .more like Patel maybe .that's not the problem he knows nothing why make him call people to only repeat what's on his script .he can't answer any questions you ask .During normal hours it is totally different. Professional knowledgeable people ..why do you even have 5his guy Levi making calls .Levi get trained
I have not had a good experience with this company! I just continue to get the run a round and finally was told a supervisor would be contacting me by the end of the day and surprise surprise no phone call and I'm left with no supplies! Do they not understand we need these to function day to day?! I have never In my life hung up the phone in tears after talking to a company until now... **UPDATE** Shannon called me and she was amazing! She was very eager to fix the problem and more than took care of it! I know there isn't a perfect company out there but a company that sincerely apologizes and fixes the problem counts in my book! I will happily continue to be apart of this company!
Worst company ever! Tried to bill me and my insurance a year after my cpap was paid off. Double billed me 3 times when making payments. Sent threatening letters saying you owe money when you dont. Complete frauds. Buyers beware!

This company has apparently been sold to another big corporation, the new company doesn't disclose this until you complain over and over. I was told they don't even speak to the company and that my referral is prob on an old fax machine somewhere. The new company who uses their website to act like they are Classic SleepCare has no idea what's going on or where my patient data is or went. I'm on day 11 of my Physician saying he has faxed the referral multiple times and the new company pretending to be Classic SleepCare saying that they don't have it. I provided all my info and was told they would reach out to my doctor, and still have yet to do that. The whole guarantee listed on their website is all fake and the customer service people are all very annoyed by their job apparently. Don't let the whole "We care" on the website fool you, those guys sold out to a big corporation.

Horrible billing and customer service, even with a rep from the insurance company on the line with me saying they need to submit claims they were making excuses and insisting we weren t in compliance with our policy. **UPDATE** Everything was finally taken care of and I really appreciate Shannon for handling everything. It really shouldn t have gotten to the frustration level it did especially when you have an insurance advocate on the line with you asking for the bills to be submitted to them.
i went through classic sleep care for cpap supplies recommended by my doctor. a representative reached out to me and explained how much the dream station was and the supplies. At first i told them that no thank you it was too expensive and that i would search for a different supplier. The representative then told me that i would only have to pay 300 out of pocket and that's it. They did not however explain that they would be billing insurance for the rest of the monthly payments, even after i had explicitly clarified that there would be no future bills or payments involved. Fast forward a few years and a career change later, they are telling me that they have been unsuccessful to bill the insurance provider and is sending a bill. After arguing with the billing depatment and sending them what they requested (eobs) i was assured everything was taken care of and no future transactions were needed. Today i receive a bill. after talking to the billing department, they said they were still unsuccessful in billing the insurance and instead of charging me x amounts of dollars, they said we are just charging you for 5 installments. WHAT?!?! It has been a nightmare working with this company.

They pawn you off into an automated system where they don't track you as a patient resulting in bureaucratic nightmare, extra billing for items you dont want or didnt order and you never talk to the same person twice its frustrating.
I've had some difficulties with them but after speaking with the correct people they are working to make things right

This was the company I was referred to by my physician to provide my CPAP machine. Once it was determined what was and was not covered by my insurance, I was put on a payment plan for the machine: 6 months automatic payment. 4 months in, I started receiving bills with a past due summary. I called and asked why I was receiving the bill when I am on a payment plan. They apologized profusely, said they would correct the problem. They never did despite the fact that I call after receiving every bill. I started recording the calls after the second call/bill. After having received their final payment, I received a bill for a $30 late fee. All I can say is, good luck getting that $30. I've posted a review here and I'll be going to the better business bureau and then the credit agencies next. Find another company! Their incompetency in something so simple is not worth your time and effort (because you will have to prove to the credit agencies that you paid before they adjust any additions to your credit report).
