Took the lunch cruise for my anniversary and it was perfect. Light and delicious foods on board (some complimentary and some for reasonable prices). Drinks were strong and yummy. Ride was stunning, smooth and very relaxing. Ship was very clean and lovely accented inside for the fall. Highly recommend~

Really interesting tour, especially for real estate/architecture buffs like my son. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable - he spoke for nearly 3 hours without a note, and the crew was attentive and professional. Being able to circumnavigate Manhattan and really take it all in, and see Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, and Governor s Island to boot, made for a great afternoon.

I thought having this boat ride for my parents since neither Dad nor Mum had done a boat tour while in NYC. Well guess what ? neither did I ..not this kind anyway where you have a brunch inside. Was more concerned with food falling over us. My parents and I had a very pleasant experience in this boat boat ride. The brunch, the views and the way the captain maneuvered the vessel and the service provided by the rest of the crew were excellent.Second to none! My only wish was to have found you guys earlier really! My parents are not young and they had a great time.

It is a unique experience, totally enjoyable, it is a relaxed atmosphere and with excellent attention, they are always attentive to any need. The boat is divine, very neat and clean. We did the Statue & Skyline Sightseeing Cruise in May of 2019 and they serve you a drink at the right time, and it's a long-lasting walk, plus you're very close to the Statue of Liberty to take pictures.

The boat is gorgeous, exactly as pictured, the crew was fantastic. This was our 3rd cruise line and by far the best! Highly recommend. We brought our own snacks and the drinks were very well-priced. Even the head was a pleasant surprise.

I gave tickets to two of my friends as a gift. They enjoyed the ride
and was overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff. Classic Harbor
Line was also exceptional in re-booking when we missed the boat
and they did not penalize us.
My elderly friends were well treated on boarding and just enjoyed
the entire experience immensely.

When visiting NYC, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS THIS TOUR. You get the best sights of the city and learn SO much! I am so happy my partner and I did it. The tour guide is a retired Architect and has so much knowledge and history that is great to listen to and learn from - also the views are spectacular!

The cruise was wonderful. Prior to boarding temperature checks were done and the seating was assigned and was socially distanced . The two women who worked the boat were great. The captain giving us information on the landmarks we were passing by. We had a drink served once we set off. 2 1/2 hours passed by very quickly. It was a nice afternoon I thoroughly recommend it.

Best harbor tour in NYC. The boat was awesome. They don't pack you in like the other tour companies. Nice, small crowd on the boat with ample seating. It was cold and windy outside, but you would never know it on the inside. Boat was comfortable and warm. Operators were friendly and welcomed us like honored guests. Great job, Classic Harbor Line.

This is the second time taking this amazing tour! We were lucky enough to have the same narrator... John , a walking encyclopedia of New York architecture and its architects who shares that information with the guests in such a fun and interesting way. You have to take this trip at least twice, (And I know I d do it again), because NY is constantly changing and there is always something new being built along the shoreline. The Manhattan two is a beautiful climate controlled boat with a full bar.
Can t wait to do the nighttime City lights tour next!

Took my son and grandson (8) on a Sunday afternoon cruise to Lady Liberty aboard the schooner Adirondack and could not have been happier. The experience of being under full sail most of the way there and back was delightful. It was the first time any of us had been near the Statue and to see it this way was a real treat. Our sincerest thanks to the captain and crew for hosting us; they made our trip safe and truly memorable. Make a sandwich, bring some snacks if you re hungry, the drinks are included. Don t forget the sunscreen!

Incredible Experience! we took some of our out of town guests (who were in NYC for my daughter's wedding) for a pre-wedding excursion and were treated to a magical time! From the office and booking, to the Captain and crew, to the boat itself - it was a stunning and wonderful experience for all our guests! I can't give you enough stars for making this celebration perfect! thank you!

We took the architecture tour around Manhattan. Great website, very clear directions to the pier and excellent narration by AIA rep. The ship was great. A vintage look and in very good condition. My only criticism would be the staff. The person who was at the ticket booth and the two crew members onboard just were not very engaging. They could use a bit more enthusiasm. Overall, a 4.5.

Great staff and incredible views! The staff are very knowledgeable, answering any questions you might have about the sights. They are also very accommodating throughout the ride. There are so many great photo opportunities from going under the Brooklyn Bridge, pulling up close to the Statue of Liberty and having the Manhattan skyline as your backdrop. Well worth it and I'll definitely be going back!

Even though there were limitations due to COVID, we had a great time! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and fun. They also had the right precautions in place to ensure folks felt safe and comfortable. It was a beautiful day and a great sail, and we're looking forward to booking a night-lights cruise soon.

This two hour cruise is a perfect date or family activity. We sailed on the schooner Adirondack. The crew was ever smiling and helpful. They offered to take cell phone pics when great backgrounds like the Statue of Liberty came into view. The crew provided complementary soft drinks and even handed out ponchos when it looked like it would rain. This cruise is highly recommended!

Perfect little cruise in an old fashioned quiet way
Want to end the day with a loved one without thumping (any) music, gliding silently by wind power? This is your evening. Three complementary drinks are included of decent quality. Boat can be full but not overcrowded. Goes right up to the Statue of Liberty.

My second time on the sunset sail. Even more beautiful than the first time. A flaming red sunset, a very emotional passing by of Miss Liberty and a fabulous view of Manhattan flooded with light and dramatic clouds. The crew is enthusiastic and friendly, and after a couple of rounds of wine everyone is having a great time. My wife described it as dreamlike, one of the most beautiful things she has ever experienced. I concur fully, and can recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic and awe-inspiring evening.

My 3rd trip with AIA around Mahattan. Every tour is unique. Monday was Earth Day focused on ecology. The catered lunch was locally sourced breads and a delicious mushroom and asparagus strudel. The staff is delightful. Always a highlight of my visit to New York,; it's a gem of a tour..
Thank you.

We had a fantastic experience on the America 3:00 - 5:00 pm sailing tour! We originally were booked on the America 2.0 tour but due to water levels, we were re-booked onto the America. The booking staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I expressed concerns about a family member needing a seat due to mobility issues and they were happy to accommodate and provided us with early boarding.

The boat tour itself was wonderful and very relaxing, the staff was quick to serve our drinks and answered any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this sailing tour over any other group boat tour offered out of Manhattan. The sail boat had about 30-40 other people on it but everyone was able to enjoy their section of the boat, it did not feel touristy at all.

My mom had always wanted to go sailing and this was the perfect "First" sailing adventure for her. We had the best captain, Captain Kat. Although it was not a guided tour she was full of knowledge about NYC and NJ. We were able to learn a lot just from her! We also enjoyed the drinks that were part of the ticket cost and the fact that there wasn't a whole lot of people on the sailboat with us. It was very relaxing and a great way to see the Statue of Liberty!

Overall the cruise was nice, gave a nice, but quick view of the west side of Manhattan from midtown around the southern tip and up to the Manhattan Bridge. Then you get a nice, close-up view of the Statue of Liberty. The staff was very friendly and the boat is beautiful and at least in my case not too crowded. My biggest complaint is that this sunset/champagne cruise was an hour and a half and even though everyone on the boat gets a free drink, you have to wait in line to receive your free drink (with 2 bartenders). This means that if you want your free drink, and aren't at the front of the line, you end up spending 1/4 - 1/3 of your trip waiting in line for your free drink. It would make a lot more sense if they served you your free drink at the beginning.

This was an exceptional experience. My wife and I booked the Architectural Tour and it was great. The boat was beautiful and in perfect shape, the crew was friendly and responsive, the snacks and drinks were excellent and most of all, the guide, a retired architect from the AIA, was really knowledgeable and well spoken, raising the experience to a whole new level. Plus, the day was spectacular and NYC was shining as it often does. Highly recommended for tourists and native New Yorkers alike. We are looking forward to doing it again with family and friends.

We brought friends from out of town. After we sat, we were told we had to move to accommodate a large party. We were told we were going to window seats. Instead they put four chairs in the middle aisle and we had limited view. It was a waste of time and an embarrassment. When we asked to speak to someone in charge, they assured us that we could. We are still waiting.

We just heard from the front office and they apologized and offered to compensate us. Pretty classy move.

I would highly recommend this cruise around Manhattan Island. Really informative and you get to cruise very close to the Statue of Liberty. Our guide was very knowledgable but made it all very interesting. We enjoyed our welcome drink on boarding and found all the staff were very professional and friendly.
This cruise may be a little more expensive than some of the others but definitely well worth it.

We enjoyed our sail in NY Harbor very much. The air was from the north east. So we had a quick ride out and down the Hudson. But we had to beat back and all the tacking was fun. The skipper and crew were quite good, even though the skipper used her motors to assist the tacks. It would have been much better if the cruise had gone through the Verrazano narrows before turning back. I'd pay more for that cruise.

This cruise was a birthday gift for my wife who is a wine and cheese lover. There are many different cruises on the New York harbor to chose from but few have the wine tasting and cheese paring options. After reading some good reviews of this cruise i booked it. The process was seamless and the price reasonable. The cruise itself is excellent and the instructor was knowledgeable. The crew was welcoming. We tasted some cheese and wine that we have never had before and had a great time overall. I would recommend this cruise to anyone looking to spend some quality time with their significant other while taking in the beautiful sights of Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn.

Wanted to write a review because we had such a lovely experience. Food was good, the boat beautiful and the staff excellent. The river journey was just the right amount scenic and educational. Our only two critiques were the up tempo music on deck... it was a brunch, not a dance cruise (didn t really need music at all). And the assortment of tea could have been better. All in all we had a perfect day with our visiting family. Thank you Classic Harbor Line!

Was a beautiful champagne sunset cruise on the Manhattan. Wine definitely tasted on the cheaper side but with the view of the sunset and NYC skyline it was a romantic cruise. Getting a view from the water always givez you an awesome perspective.

The weather on the water was good even though it was warm outside in middle of July. If you're looking for something to do check this cruise out you'll be happy you did!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the bridges and infrastructure tour given by the AIA. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about New York. The boat was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very professional. We were lucky with the weather, too. It was a glorious, sunny day so we were able to stand on the outside deck if we wanted to do so. But the interior was very comfortable with big windows that allowed you to see up as well as out. I would definitely recommend this tour, and plan to take other tours offered by this cruise line.

LOVELY ship, crew, and experience. We have taken ...

LOVELY ship, crew, and experience. We have taken numerous boat cruises around the world, and spouse and I both felt this was one of the most enjoyable, and certainly the best value for money spent. We booked an early September Sunday brunch cruise - listed as $86 per person, but we paid about $160 total after a discount and taxes and fees were accounted for. Check-in was a breeze, and they promptly started boarding the Manhattan II at 9:45 AM for our 2 hour and 45 minute brunch cruise around the entire island of Manhattan including 1 alcoholic drink, coffee/ tea, and all the food. Also, half price mimosas (making them $4.50 each) the entire trip. The boat is small and cozy - it probably holds no more than 40 people, and there were probably 25 of us for our trip. The crew was all very friendly and courteous, always offering to take pictures and bring more drinks around. The boat was beautiful and very clean and quiet. As we cruised by the Statue of Liberty in this classic sleek boat with plenty of space to ourselves on the front deck, while going by the gigantic tourist bus boats, we felt like royalty. The food was great and plentiful - probably the only slowdown was everyone waiting for a turn at the waffle station. Most importantly, they point out a few key sights every 2-3 minutes, but there is not a loud annoying droning commentary running the whole trip, in fact, quite the opposite in that they had some great relaxing music just barely audible in the background but not enough to distract you from holding a conversation and enjoying the sounds of being out on the water. Well done!! Don't forget to deposit a gratuity for the great crew on your way out (I suggest 10-20% of your cost - similar to a restaurant, if you had a nice time). Our cruise actually arrived back about 10 minutes late due to a lock halting traffic on the river, so do allow a little time in your plans for such things. Highly recommended - a top notch experience for not much more than if you went to a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Steady rain the day we went but although there would be some better views on a good day it was still a great way to spend a few hours in comfort on a lovely classic style yacht learning so much about the growth and architecture in this amazing city.

Me And my husband were so excited to this. Were kind expensive compared with other things that we can do at the city but we thought it could be worth it. The main attraction of this jazz cruise it would be see the Statue of Liberty but unfortunately due some climate issues it was not possible. It is fine, safety should be always in the first place, but we didn t see, in any place on the website or the tickets that it could be a risk of not going to the Statue.if so, I definitely wouldn t buy the ticket, once, For us, as I said, it was the main attraction. We got REALLY disappointed, and it would be fare to return my money back.
