The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was prompt. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the carpet I received. It was not as plush or durable as I had hoped for the price I paid. Additionally, customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They were responsive to my inquiries, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to help. Despite these shortcomings, the carpet does look decent in my living room and I appreciate the convenience of shopping online. Overall, Classic Carpets is an average company with room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service.
