I go to Clark's Ace hardware when I need something that is not low priced, or when I need help. I go to Clarks hardware when the big stores fail me. I go to Clarks when I need something fixed like a lawn mower, or screens, or any of the many other items that they fix at their store. I go there one I need keys made whether they are electronic or physical. It's a great place, the only question I ask myself is why don't I go there more often?

Always a great team at this store. What really important is, I was at the store when that F1 tornado was pushing through Western Howard Co., May 23, 2019 and was approaching the store. Quickly store management directed everyone in the store and within store entrance earshot to go to an interior conference room. Truly a new definition of customer service...or care.

Very nice knowledgeable and friendly team. I appreciate the younger people that work there, as well. Always willing to help out whenever you need a hand and very responsive to the community needs.

Very helpful people here. They have a great selection of hard to find items as well as the usual stuff you can find at the big box hardware stores. Their sale prices are also very good. This is a great family run local business.

1st time I've shopped at an Ace and this location didn't disappoint. I purchased a few plastic flower pots I had been looking for and also got some healthy plants of basil and peppers to plant in my garden. I found the store to be clean and organized with I really appreciate. Can't wait to be in the area to visit again. The only thing I was hoping they'd have is houseplants.

At the beginning of the growing season, I always go to Ace Hardware for my vegetable plants. They have great selection of healthy plants to choose from at a reasonable price. And while you are there, you can check out their hardware selections. A great place to shop.

Absolutely horrible customer service!

We went to purchase a cultivator attachment for our Stihl kombisystem. We stood at the lawn/yard section for about 20 minutes without a single employee asking if we needed assistance. Multiple employees walked by and when we attempted to make eye contact or speak to one, they turned and walked away. When an employee did finally come to the counter he walked another customer in front of us.

We had a few items in our cart and did purchase those only to be double charged for one of them. I said something to the cashier about the total price and that she had charged me for 2 of a single item I was purchasing. Not even a simple apology, just- you can go ahead and put your card in.

This same cashier when asked by a family member if someone was working at the counter (trying to get us assistance) replied yeah there working, if they re not there, they are busy. She did nothing to assist with helping to get someone to the counter.

We have always supported your store as it is not a big box store and felt that you had superior customer service. It seems with your newer layout your employees have a newer work ethic and customer service style.

We will NOT be returning.

Great local store, with helpful staff. Was able to get what we needed for our garden.
