Absolutely horrible customer service!
4/11/21, 1700.
We went to purchase a cultivator attachment for our Stihl kombisystem. We stood at the lawn/yard section for about 20 minutes without a single employee asking if we needed assistance. Multiple employees walked by and when we attempted to make eye contact or speak to one, they turned and walked away. When an employee did finally come to the counter he walked another customer in front of us.
We had a few items in our cart and did purchase those only to be double charged for one of them. I said something to the cashier about the total price and that she had charged me for 2 of a single item I was purchasing. Not even a simple apology, just- you can go ahead and put your card in.
This same cashier when asked by a family member if someone was working at the counter (trying to get us assistance) replied yeah there working, if they re not there, they are busy. She did nothing to assist with helping to get someone to the counter.
We have always supported your store as it is not a big box store and felt that you had superior customer service. It seems with your newer layout your employees have a newer work ethic and customer service style.
We will NOT be returning.
