Clark public utilities Review

Clark Public Utilities has the best customer service I've ever come across. Extremely pleasant to talk with and their service is extremely efficient.

Unrecognizable this company has become proud for all the wrong reasons and ohh the fraud. Bosh and C,Curtis must be gone

Closed out account, moved to new a state, and evidently even if I provided Pacific Power with paper proof that I vacated property...they have every intention of charging me. Incompetent is a nice way to express how stressful their services are and how difficult this situation is. The operator was unhelpful and seemed to think that repeating himself would mean that I d eventually agree. Don t do their energy saving plan...and if you can avoid this company altogether, I d recommend that.

This has just gotten way worse over the years. My power has been out for nearly 48 hours and still no update and restoration is unknown, we are snowed in with little food and water, and are literally freezing. This is unreal

Very impressed with this company. The power went out to only our apartment and after not being able to restore it myself, I called them. The customer service agent April was efficient, professional, and friendly and like any good dispatcher (what I used to do for work) didn't give me an ETA for someone to come out but gave me an idea of what was going on in the county.

The lineman was out here insanely fast and had our power back up and running in no time.

I have had nothing but positive experiences doing business with Clark Public Utilities. No auto-draft errors or discrepancies in the past year I've had services with them, & their customer service team is so friendly! I just got off the phone with Courtney, & she was so incredibly pleasant & friendly, & helped explain my new connect/disconnect information so clearly with a smile you can hear through the phone. That single experiences prompted me to come on here & let you guys know what a fantastic job you're doing serving this amazing county we live in.
