Very impressed with this company. The power went out to only our apartment and after not being able to restore it myself, I called them. The customer service agent April was efficient, professional, and friendly and like any good dispatcher (what I used to do for work) didn't give me an ETA for someone to come out but gave me an idea of what was going on in the county.

The lineman was out here insanely fast and had our power back up and running in no time.
