This resort is really nice. Kid friendly and adult friendly too!

Nice beach. Ramps are not stroller, or handicap friendly due to rocks

Good location, most rooms view ocean, free parking, modern and quiet

Great location across from the beach. However, the room was in need of repair.

The staff is really what makes this place. Mary and Tyler were amazing and definitely went above and beyond to make our stay a good one.
Unfortunately it seems the resort has changed ownership and check-in was a bit long. The first room we had was very clean with a small balcony overlooking the ocean but the air conditioner was broken. Tyler tried to fix it but the unit was fried.
Marry immediately gave us a new room but unfortunately they had no time to clean it.There was sand on both beds and no pillowcases .Once again Marry and Tyler to the rescue. We received new sheets and pillowcases immediately. I would give this place a second chance next year when the finish remodeling and learn the new computer system. They also did the right thing and refunded us 40% when we checked out.

Was here for a wedding. Very nice rooms, staff and bar.

Lovely beach. Pretty rocks and fine sand. Parking fills up quickly. Private parking lot was $20 when I went for 7/4 weekend.

Paragon grill was great have never been to the new restaurant that took over

Having gone here for over 10 years I have to say the new owners are driving away their customers. They have not only hiked the rates drastically, they have done away with day stays and they are doing away with the monthly club membership. While I understand boutique hotels are their specialty, they are failing to understand that the families and every day folk are the ones who use this place the most. Hull is a very wealthy town but the residents are not the ones who are staying there. I hope the new owners take into consideration the clientele that uses the resort. Raising rates and making it not affordable for families is just wrong.

This was the most stressful stay at any hotel that I have experienced . . EVER! Do yourself and your family a favor . . LOOK TO STAY AT ANY OTHER HOTEL THAN THIS ONE!

I made a 2 week reservation and drove drove over 8 hours to get to the place. During the trip, I called several times to advise the front desk that I would be arriving late, due to traffic. Apparently, the person answering the phone, who was the same each time, did not note the reservation.

When I called at 7:30 to advise that I would be there by 8:00 PM, I was advised that they cancelled my room at 6:07 PM . . . this was about 20 minutes after my second call.

Considering they had spoken to me several and had my number, one would think that they would call if there was ANY question.

Basically, they over-booked and needed the room for a wedding . . So, they not only sold my room for that night, but the following night as well !

When I tried to complain the next morning, because the manager already left by 8:00 PM, I was basically told "Too bad . . there are no noted on the reservation.

They are some of the nastiest people. I had to drive to Providence to get a room.

Lovely beach , swimming friendly and safe! Changing rooms available though need to walk a bit.. children's play area is there..Paragon carousel adds to the fun..but very difficult to get a parking spot on weekends..you can get one if you go in the evening..fun family beach

Nice hotel. The restaurant is really nice and can be recommended, both for dinner and breakfast. So why only 4 stars? Well, at a rate of 300 bucks you expect that the toilet in your room is working properly. It kept pumping all night and that made a continuous noise. Not really nice.

Lovely location and great rooms with gas fire and jacuzzi tub! A few mins drive or hotel shuttle to Hull ferry terminal from where commuter fast ferries make the scenic and speedy cruise downtown, amazing!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful views of the ocean. Parking is a bit confusing though.

Resorts are nice just on the beach. Sit in the balcony and watch the waves.

If I could rate it lower I would. Absolutely terrible service!!!! We have been waiting to check into our room for hours!!!

If you like ocean view, go there! If you live in Quincy, go there! If you like deal s on groupon for hotel renting, go there! I found this place on groupon. They offering big room with ocean view, with hot tube and two twins size beds. The place is very nice. They have parking lots on hotel territory and you can park right next to shore if you want. Personnel are very friendly and nice. Check in and checkout is very quick here.

It was nice, but not perfect. Came with a large group for a Wedding. Hotel did a great job accommodating that, wonderful time. Next morning, though, the hotel restaurant ran out of coffee! Can't have all 5 stars without coffee.

Nice location across from the beach and clean rooms, however there was a lot of street noise that kept us awake. Also, our room was not ready when we checked in, and wasn't ready for several hours, though others were getting their rooms before us.

one of the best beaches on the south shore. very clean and fun boardwalk filled with food places, bars, and arcade games.

The website advertises numerous amenities. They were not actually available.

Nice hotel. Room had a balcony, fireplace, nice TV, and a jetted tub. This hotel also had a pool table, but every stick was missing the tip so we couldn't play. The Foosball table was fun though. Would stay again.

This was an awful trip as it was our honeymoon, we paid alot of money and the pictures of rooms are VERY decieving and we didnt even have a table&chairs to sit and eat at also no chairs on balcony to sit and relax, the jetted tub was umm nasty, also housekeeping left the bag of bathroom garbage right in the middle of our floor by the bed...i shouldve known as when we first checked in their was another older lady at the front desk yelling because her 2 tires got slashed and they werent letting her see the cameras as I dont believe they have any in the parking lots...as also it was a very noisy place outside with the street right there. I emailed the owner or email address I had for the place as they sent me an email saying someone would get back to me but of course NOBODY did! Highly wouldnt recommended this place to anybody. Save your money and go elsewhere! #HoneymoonNightmare

Food was cooked perfectly. We were there looking at the function room and the person was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.

Nice place. Great view. Feeling a little bit unsafe because its like living in a building on a piece of an island.

This can not be called a hotel, the picture looks nice but when it arrives you find it with a very unpleasant surprise, the bathtubs are dirty, the service is the worst, the parking lot is a dirty lot a block from the supposed hotel , Seems to be in a family home in poor condition, the price considered it to be the most expensive according to the place .. do not pass by this place its awful ...

The beach itself is nice and clean, the surrounding area is a little bit awkward to navigate though

Very close to the sand, friendly staff, clean and efficient utilities. The indoor pool area is paradise. I didn't like the parking: too many spots are reserved to residents forcing me to park one block away on the dirt every night.

rooms are nice but they have an unuseabl insecured WiFi connection.

Went here for our honey moon in May 2012. Couldn't have asked for better treatment. Hotel staff were extremely friendly, room was nicely furnished and clean. View of the ocean was beautiful. The bar/restaurant downstairs had a great selection, great staff and was affordable. We didn't take advantage of it, but I believe they have an all inclusive package that includes the restaurant downstairs. Location is nice, not too far from the Hull boat ferry, or a fairly straightforward drive to downtown Boston in about 30 minutes. Definitely will be back!

I love this place. An amazing place to spend a week. Their own paragon grill has great food for reasonable prices as well. This is one of my favorite vacation spots.

The room was beautiful, parking is kinda funny, being off season i got an awesome rate, every thing was just right, the whirlpool tub and fireplace in the room made it great

Fantastic ocean sunrise from my balcony. The front desk suggested Schooners for dinner and she was SPOT ON! The price was incredibly reasonable for a beachfront inn.

My wife forgot about the clock in the room and approached the next day. But she never got an answer to her email.

The hotel is conveniently located. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was a bit dated and dirty though. We had a delicious breakfast at the grill on site, but it was a little run down, dirty carpets. We were also disappointed with the appearance of the pool area, we didn't even swim in it because of it. Also they had in their information that they had a beach hut store with items for rent for the beach...chairs, umbrellas, etc. We didn't bring any because of this. There were even still signs for it in the lobby but they had to inform us it was no longer open. Because of my suggestion they were removing the signs the day we checked out. The rooms were nice. Very comfortable bed. The balcony was disappointing...not big enough to sit on. Overall it really was not that bad, but I think it just failed in comparison to what they showed on their website. We were expecting more.

Not bad. It doesn't have showers every where. A shower pole every now and then.

I thought i95 was in my room , cars speeding by my window at 50 mph, drunks walking outside my window $50 on hold on my card "just in case" a roll of toilet paper is missing or whatever, .save your $ unless you know your getting a ocean view away from the traffic.
