Not the best by a long shot. Stained carpets everywhere, broken toilet, stuck door, not friendly front desk clerks except black lady in am, was very nice but the black people staying there (none of them said hi when I said hi) just give you dirty looks, and I'm not white? Very disrespectful. The location was good and so was breakfast. Your typical Muslim ran or owned hotel who hates Americans
I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the hotel - everything was updated and clean and it appeared to be an underrated hotel at only 3 stars. However my opinion changed once we got to our room on the 12th floor. Paint chipping off the walls, dents and scratches on all the doors, carpet was dirty, the lamps in our room did not work (the light switch was broken off), every vending machine was empty. The hallways were very, very noisy. It was just not a pleasant experience at all, but I only paid $50 for the room, so I guess you get what you pay for.
I had a wonderful experience. Great prices, soft beds, helpful, staff., very clean, i cant wait to come back and stay the Clarion North
Bar was nice. Laid back. Clean. Staff was nice. Drinks were good. Food was good also
Was overcharged for room. Booked and reserved through Orbitz. Was charged more than room was contracted for. Amenities were nice, but can't give good review when I was charged over double what the room was supposed to be. I'll never stay at any Clarion hotel after this.
The accommodations were adequate but could be betters.
I absolutely love this hotel!! If you're visiting Cincinnati and you're looking for a nice and clean hotel with a reasonable price and friendly staff check them out!!!
The staff was very nice and the room wasn't bad at all. The only hang up I had was the renovating going on but oh well.

Standard Clarion experience but the hotel is undergoing some renovations which is a needed thing!

Very happy with this hotel, rooms clean, they have a great breakfast and the pool is very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful, the one issue I have is there is or it dosnt work would be the exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Poor service. No change. No laundry detergent for laundry services no one at the main lobby counter sometimes. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex in the room
It was the worst we went to the first room the heater did not work remote for the TV did not work when we finally got to another room the keys did not work went back downstairs another key after an hour we finally got into our room that was outdated and ran down housekeeping proceeded to knock on our door 8 in the morning 9 in the morning 9:30 in the morning to push us out of our room when I mentioned it to the front desk they just Shrugged their shoulders not happy with my experience and we'll never go back

The rooms were clean, and there was not much parking. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, it certainly made up for the other shortcomings.
Wish the pool would of been working. Their hot and cold complementary breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices to choose from. Make your own waffle, toast, bagels with cream cheese, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, country fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, doughnuts.....I mean you name it. Would recommend the stay.

Lots of tour buses, truckers, contractors. No daily newspapers or cookies. No usb ports in room. Pretty basic...nothing fancy
Wonderful facilities, including the buffet breakfast, pool, exercise room and lobby. The hotel staff was super friendly.
Many of the rooms have been remodeled, but alas ours was not and appeared just a little dated. No complaints, overall a very pleasant experience.
Breakfast was good, pool was really warm and felt amaxing. Hotel was under some renovations that were kinda exposing to them. Parking sucked because of lots of events at the hotel.
It's an older hotel, but they have tried hard to make it more modern and have a cleaner feel to it. Depending on the time of year it can be a real value, but you need to check before you reserve. Parking is plentiful and close to mostly fast-food restaurants nearby.
For $13 more than the motel6 across the street, it was well worth it. Nice clean room, friendly staff, plenty of amenities, and the restaurant/lounge had great prices on food and drinks.
Well where do I start.. our door was broken. Our phone didn't work and our toilet was cracked.
