Very good meal. Prompt service. It was my second time there. Will go again.

My sister & I went out to dinner hoping to have good food, but her dinner turned out to be dry & tasteless. She ordered the rotisserie chicken & was really disappointed. I ordered a stuffed baked potato & the peel was dried out & hard. The manager did comp our meals, but it was the fact that we were so disappointed that made it a two star review.

Affordable place to grab a bite before visiting knotts. Place appears a little worn out but the food is good.

Visit lasted about 10 minutes. Basically how long it took to realize service simply wasn't coming. Dehydrated and simply needing a glass of water for starters, too much to ask...

I ordered mozzarella sticks, a pretzel and 2 bowls of soup to go... got there 15 minutes after I ordered and I didn't get out for about 20 minutes after that. The hostess literally forgot about me bc she was playing social time. Then when I finally got my order she didn't give me any of the sides for the soup and she was ruuuuuuuude!!

You can honestly never go wrong with this place. I ordered the pasta and was absolutely satisfied.

Our server Ryan was excellent. The food isn't the cheapest but you really get a great meal and a lot of food. Beef rib supper is awesome

Food was delicious especially their Baby back ribs and carrot cake, Tracy our server was awesome... Will definitely go back

Konica (not sure of the exact spelling) was very friendly (with smiles) and prompt. Her customer service is a true example of how restaurants should operate. She knew exactly how to handle busy situations during Thanksgiving day. I was impressed that she spent the extra time to make sure my to-go order was accurate. The food was also delicious, but I will be returning for the outstanding customer service. Thank you again Konica.

For a salad just go to Sizzlers! These guys have the same stuff and expensive.

Food as well as service better than average. Highly recomend even in peak hours. Steaks good size and cooked as requested. Fresh salad bar even in only having salad as a side.

Standard Claim Jumper. Next to Knott's, so it can get huge crowds at times. Not certain if the prices at this one are higher than average. Parking, entrance, bathroom are all accessible. Salad bar looked same as elsewhere. Staff were professional and nice. Would come here again, as long I don't have to wait a huge amount of time. Oh, parking might be an issue if they are really busy, just a thought.

Good visit even though they didn't get my steak right the first time but they where quick to fix the problem so over all good

Watch out for the 'Landry's Card' push. They make you pay $25 up front and then claim that you get a $25 credit on the card. Sounds reasonable, except what they don't tell you is that you must use the entire "credit" or else you lose whatever portion that you don't. I made the mistake of coming in for lunch by myself. The meal was $11, so that would be a $14 loss for me. Can I defer the "welcome credit" until later? No: Either I waste my money or I don't get credit for this purchase. Beware of "Landry's Select Club". I recommend avoid shady practices like that.

Otherwise good customer service and good portions, which is the only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 after that debacle.

If you want better reviews, don't foist inconvenient card schemes on your customers.

Good. Service was good, food good, can see roller coasters, but the facility was pretty run down.. Parts of the inside wall were missing, booth vinyl was cracked, and I wouldn't want to see that carpet in the daylight.

Ihad ordered Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Vegetables. My Zucchini was burned, and the Potatoes were cold....

It sucked ran out of food we wanted crapy server Brindin was his name never came back to refill water or to check on us just so wrong stay away folks

Came here on my birthday with my soulmate. Steak,shrimp and ribs plate was delicious. Plus a birthday cake for 2 courtesy of Claim Jumper. First time there but not my last.

Huge menu.many options. Some Maerican foos..some sea food. Great dessert options. Large restaurants. Prices very reasonable..good for small intimate or large groups

Service was very slow, over 45 min waiting for the meal. During this long wait the waitress disappeared. When finally severed, we asked why the meal took so long, the excuse was they ran out of salad to make the steak salad that I ordered. This is strange considering they have a salad bar that other members of my table went and helped themselves to during the wait (no lacking of lettuce there). The food was fine, but nothing great.

It was the first location I've visited she didn't have to wait.

Claim Jumper Buena Park takes reservations which is nice since they are across the street from Knott's Berry Farm.
The menu is varied from steaks to pastas to American comfort food, think chicken pot pie. We enjoyed the super fresh salad bar with soups & baked potatoes. YUM! There is a full bar and the desserts are AMAZING! If you like chocolate, be sure to try the Motherload Cake or get it to go.
The environment was casual with no rush so we could enjoy the visit with our friends at our leisure.

The food was great. Kids love the spiral mac n cheese .... and the teen tried Calamari for the first time and liked it. The baby back ribs are delicious and the baked beans are my new favorite. The service wasn't great. Slow, with several mistakes. But the manager was terrific when he checked in and made it right.

Our family enjoys eating here, but we prefer the old CJ menu. It seems that a number of items have been cut because of changing tastes or cost. The staff is helpful and friendly, however, and I appreciate it.

Had the steak and shrimp. Steak was too dry and overpriced.

Got take out and everything was prepared deliciously. They forgot one of our appetizers, which was pretty disappointing, but the quality of the food was pretty great. I'll probably be coming back again, even if I gotta check the bags before we leave.
