Food is great, drinks are very good and service is great

The fat waitress was rude and the food was still raw

Service was just ok. Prices were just too high for the portions.

Good service, food was tasty however parking questionable because it is close to Knott's.

It's worth it. I always get full and have so much fun with my family on special occasions. I introduced my family to claim jumper and now they love me more for it, so thank you.

Went for happy hour and the drinks were very good and the food was hot and delicious. Server was spot on, too. We get items off the happy hour menu... always great.

This place was great! We ordered a bunch of happy hour items in the bar before we attended Knott's scary farm, and I have nothing but great things to say about the service and food. Food came fast, and we were well attended to. Our server was amazing as well, wish I could remember her name, but she was on point all evening.

I love Claim Jumper. It's changed quite a bit over the years but the good is delicious and the guest service is absolutely wonderful! Try the motherlode cake!

Moved to Co. When I come back to Buena park, I always go to claim jumper. Good food great sevice.

I love the salad bar and the have a delicious cashew chicken sandwich. My daughter likes the salmon and loves the salad bar too.

The baby back ribs were delicious! The meat literally was falling off the bone.

We love this place! Good prices, cozy atmosphere, and big portions of very delicious comfort food!

Great food and service, first time here and do recommend it. Had the bloody Mary and its was delicious , meat loaf , fish and chips was excellent and good portions.

We have been going to the Claim Jumper for many years. We usually go for the Ribs.There were a few times we had our order, where the Ribs had way to much gristle, and tough. The last time they were really good. The meat fell off the bone, which is how it should be, considering the price. The menu has changed, and does not seem as large and complete, as it was. Ambiance just isn't the same

Awesome food, very kind employees, consistently awesome vibes. They charge fair rates and the food quality is good. Highly recommended.

Good food but when the salad came out the tomatoes were not quite right and the fies were cold However opon hearing this the waiter immediately offered to have it remade or to have us reorder for free. The waiters were extremely respectful and kind. I highly recommend it. you're water will never fully empty with this staff I hope you have an amazing time as I did. One last thing this is an amazing restaurant for an after knotts vist with the whole family or you're best friends.

Wasn't expecting the large portions they serve for lunch. However, I was satisfied with the flavor. Will be returning!!!

Recently we are into berry butter cake. Its only 9 dollars and very good. Ice cream, and strawberry toppings on a butter cake. Awesome.

Salad was great, Entrees was delicious, Dessert- Cheese Cake was the Bomb- Ono-DELICIOUS price well worth it !!!

My meal was not the best. The meat pie is horrible. On the menu pic the pie looks very appealing and tasty. Yet once I received the pie not only was it too hot to eat but once I did manage to get one bite in....it was disgusting. The sauce looked and tasted like can cream of mushroom soup with a lumpy texture. I couldn't force myself to ingest more than four bites and even that was hard to do. Bcuz it was way too hot.!
I feel like the quality in the food has changed tremendously as if they're trying to cut costs. This won't be a go to place for me in the near nor distance future.

This restaurant does not have good customer service was there yesterday and never got a table after waiting for more than an hour so i left.

Professional arrogance is something you do not ever want to see or deal with in a "maitre d", a waiter, waitress, or anyone who is in the service industry. I was attended to better by management then I was the first line of customer care

Tillman the server was fantastic! We had a huge party and he treated us like royalty. He took the time with each of us to make sure we knew what was available to us. The food was good as well.

My family and i visited Claim Jumpers, Buena Park .. Ryan was our server... Ryan was on top of his game... extremely friendly, patient & down to earth...i met Art the General Manager. .. its is not often that i meet a GM that has as much pride and is passionate about his position. ... the food was absolutely great. ...i know that every meal can not be perfect, but for me its how the issue are handled.. in my opinion Art the Gm is that Man....THANK YOU " SIR "... to new York

I gave this a 5 star only because my family and I had the best server tonight, one of the busiest nights. Our server Michael was absolutely incredible with his customer service, great personality, was calm and attended us very well regardless of the restaurant being so busy. He always made sure we were well taken care of, if we needed anything. Great person, made the effort to have and hold a conversation that wasn't work related. Asked us about the Super Bowl because he mentioned to us that we look like a family that seems to be into it. He sure made our night a great one. We'll definitely come back and ask for him to serve us(:
On a side note, he was also an attractive person.

Great food with HUGE portions. Had appetizer and should have shared the meal because had so much food we had to take the rest home. Great salad bar that was served on chilled plates.

They forget your food and the drink dont come right away or with fresh ice when you ask for refills

Made a call for a carry out order. It was ready very fast. The French onion soup was very salty and tasted like au jus. The fried zucchini was delicious.

I've been to many claim jumpers and I've been to this one before. I walked in and was not greeted for about 5 minutes even while standing in front of the host stand. There was someone next to me who was also not greeted. There were 3 different staff members at the host stand and none even acknowledged I or the person also waiting was there. I finally told them (they didn't ask) I was there for a pickup. They brought out the food and set it on the counter but didn't say it was complete or ready. I got handed a receipt but no pen to sign he reciept (nor pens accessible). I spent about $100 on a takeout order and got treated like this?!

I had been to other claim jumpers before. Honestly I wasn't impressed and thought the chain was overrated. So when my boyfriend's family said they wanted to eat here I was dreading it. HOWEVER, when we ate here all the food was amazing ! Expensive in my opinion but since the food was bomb it was worth it. Will come back !

We absolutely love Claim Jumper. This was our first time eating at the Buena Park location and it was great. Food was amazing and waitress Jackie was incredibly lovely. I'd specifically go back to this location because she was so nice!

Overall, a good visit. Started off a little weird - challenging just putting name on list for a table. Handed-off 3x before someone took my details and quoted a 10-minute wait and never told anyone; had to check-in again. Store was understaffed, so service was a bit slow. However, food was hot and delicious when it finally arrived. Service in the dining room was slow but friendly and we didn't feel neglected. Restrooms neeeed attention at the beginning and end of our visit. Would still recommend and return.

Pro Tip: Happy Hour menu available in the dining room all day on Sundays - if you ask!

Had the Tri Tip.... very tough .... very chewy .... sorely disappointed ....

Went there tonight with my nephew and we both loved the food, mainly appetizers ~ DELICIOUS. They have a long happy hour, which was perfect for us. Our waitress, Kelli (sp?), was professional & fun. Thank you all.
