My experience with the doctor who leads the medical team and the clinic has been disastrous. It has turned my dream of eliminating something rather aesthetic into a nightmare that has ruined my life. I did not like the treatment received by the receptionists at all. In my view, costumer services are missing. I will be very short. Possibly your time will be very valuable but that of the patients at least equal or even more. You can understand and assume a waiting time, because in medicine two plus two are not 4.
