I did not like the treatment received by the receptionists at all. In my view, costumer services are missing. In addition they do not adequately inform the patient, yesterday I had a consultation with one of the doctors to pay the consultation so that they would later tell me that I cannot be treated until almost a year later since the doctors' agenda is closed. I felt cheated as they made me waste my time and money.
